Unfortunately I don’t like to give negative reviews and I don’t tend to give them. However my eyebrows look horrible right now and I only went there to wax them. I’m so upset I’ve spent money for nothing and not only the lady didn’t pull all of them, one eyebrow looks much thinner than the other! Now I need to wait again to grow them back. First and last time I went there. Very disappointed I give two stars because at least the lady was friendly however with 0 experience.

I came in to brows on Sunday May 7th around 12.30 for a eyebrow / top lip wax and I have been burnt above my left eye in 2 places and below my eyebrow on my rightWhich both are soreI paid £12 and gave a £3 tipThere was just 1 lady working and she answered the phone while doing my waxing ????

I will never go back here again service is very poor, got there at 430 and was told couldn’t have anything done because they were closing, happened twice but I never listen. Staff are rude, Don’t work with public if you don’t have passion for your job.

Don’t go. They put untrained professionals on you and charge you full price for missing eyebrows after they have threaded them out. Sent a complaint email and still to hear back.

These ladies need to retrain! Wax & tint…brows didnt match, they were not tidied up after treatment, there were clumps of colour left in both my brows, (that I couldnt get out) and to wax & colour both brows only took her 6 minutes! Should have trusted my gut & gone elsewhere. Oh and not forgetting how she spent more time staring at passers by than actually tending to her work.

Didnt notice at the time as I was in a rush but my eyebrows do not match at all. One is thick and long and the other in short and thin. Shocking!

Awful customer service. Lady left tint on too long so I looked like a cartoon character all day. Had friends and colleagues sending me memes of eyebrows all day. Also had no change in the till so had to tip £2. It was my first and last visit. Very disappointing
