service from this place was brilliant at the start. once i bought the car it all went down hill. Car collection day we booked in for 12pm. Car was no where near ready and i didn’t actually drive away until 3pm. Condition of the car on collection was absolutely appalling. hadn’t been valeted and all the damage that i had told would be sorted hadn’t been fixed. This is still on going. Would never use them again.

Found a Kia Sportage that we were interested in at Perrys in Rotherham. Phoned to see if we could come for a test drive. When we arrived we were greeted by Kate and waited for the car to be brought round. Had a good test drive and decided to buy it. Everything was done very efficiently. Car was ready for us to pick up less than a week later. Very happy.

Excellent and very friendly service from Kate Jackson initially. Her colleague took over the handover which went very smoothly and again very friendly. Just slight problems with communications in end as some phone calls not returned and wrong email address was in the system

Mark made this sale fairly quick and straight forward.As for the car supposedly being valeted I beg to differ.As it was dark when I collected the vehicle it looked fine.The weekend came and I could see straight away that it had not been touched.The inside of the windscreen was filthy and the Boot needed hovering and valeting.Also the previous owners details were left in the service wallet which I thought was very strange. Mainly personal details. ??.

Bought a Kia sportage a year ago from this dealer for £10k and I’ve had nothing but problemsDrove the car home and noticed a vibrating under the dash board. Contacted the dealer and they said I had to drive it back to the dealer where I bought it (Rotherham) from Leeds and leave it with them for the day (this was a Monday to Friday bare in mind as the technician didn’t work weekends). This meant I had to take a day off work and hang around all day waiting for my car to be looked at. There is a local Kia a few miles from my work but I was told I couldn’t go to that one. Not only did I have to drive back to Rotherham - the dealer couldn’t tell me whether the issue would be covered under warranty or whether it would cost me to be fixed - let’s remember id had the car a few weeks! Due to their scare mongering I didn’t take the car as I was worried it would cost me a lot to be fixed, which is the impression i got from the service manager. Since then it has had numerous issues including needing a new gear box and clutch! The reason I used a reputable dealer was for peace of mind that these issues wouldn’t arise after spending £10 grand on a 65 plate car! The car hadn’t even done 60,000 miles and had one owner! I understand the car had just come out of its 7 year warranty but no way were these issues not presenting themselves at the time I bought the car. Defo do not recommend at all - save your money and go elsewhere

It was really disappointing. I booked an appointment for Viewing vauxhall Insignia. I clocked out from my work for the appointment, and I drove about 45 minutes to reach them. But when I reached there they told me the car was sold. It's really disappointing and a waste of time.

Very poor service today at Perrys, Parkgate, Rotherham. My Kia, still under warranty, was booked in two weeks ago to have a fault rectified today. My wife and I travelled about 20 miles to the Parkgate dealership to be told that because 'we only have four technicians' our vehicle may not be repaired and that we should re-book!Why were we not contacted before we set off and offered another date?I refused to re-book and insisted that the booking was honoured. Four hours later we took the vehicle home untouched, having been informed that there was no certainty that the work would commence today. We will not be going back.

Fantastic service I was helped by Shaun Cooper and I could not fault the level or service or information provided. In the space on an hour I had seen and test drove a car I liked and put a deposit down. I originally went to visit Trade Centre UK and was very disappointed with the assistance and prices but Perry’s was amazing! I would recommend them and Shaun to anyone.
