Sam is super knowledgeable and did a great job resolving my issues on my bike, also highlighted some issues that I wasn't aware of. Pricing was great and got it all done in a timely manner. Would have got 6 stars if he was a roadie.

Spoke and Edge were extremely responsive and managed to turn the service of my bike around within on 48 hours of contacting them.I went for the Classic Service on my road bike which was great value, especially given they come to your house. After the service my bike is running like new and I am able to cycle using all my gears seamlessly as well as being able to hit higher top speeds now the wheel alignment is also sorted.I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to get their bike running like new without having to pay an excessive price and the hassle of having to take your bike to a shop!

Sam came quickly to our rescue whilst we were away on holiday on Hayling Island. On the first day of our holiday I had an issue with the front brake on my ebike. I feared I’d not be able to use it for the remainder of our break but Sam responded very quickly arriving at our campsite with his gorgeous sidekick Marley (his 18 month old pup) within the hour in his very impressive, fully equipped, mobile workshop. Sam was extremely knowledgeable, skilled, friendly and helpful, he persisted not only to fully resolve the brake problem but he also kindly addressed a few other minor tweaks that were needed with no extra charge.Sam went above and beyond to help us and charged a very reasonable fee to do so. Professional, efficient and an all round lovely guy! We are very grateful to him and would highly recommend him.

If I could give more stars I would! My friend and I got a puncture in a remote area with which we were very unfamiliar. With no tools or spare tubes we called Sam with the smallest of hope. Sam was amazing, not only did he drive out to us but he replaced the bike tube, checked BOTH of our bike tyres, put slime in BOTH bikes and then drove us to a train station as it was dark by this time! In my view he didn't over charge and was in fact very very reasonable. During the fix we got to cuddle his cute dog, Marley, and we found out that Sam offers MTB coaching, again at a very reasonable cost, and so we are now going to visit a bike park to learn tricks!!! ... should be fun :))). sent my bike to Spoke and Edge for a refurb , now it works like new. Cheaper than expected for the work that was done and parts replaced.Great service and a delightful man.

Recently had Sam service both my mountain and gravel bike and could not be happy with the job he did. Swift response to messages about quotes and parts needed and he had my bikes back to me in a matter of days! Will be using spoke and edge in the future!!

Sam was an absolute hero - he came out and rescued our day out when my chain snapped.Great bloke and great service. Cannot recommend enough!

Sammy & his Father rescued me on the trail! I was riding the King Alfred's Way and my tyre got cut up badly. I tried to plug it (tubeless) but was really struggling. Sam happened by with his father on an electric mountain bike. He had no hesitation in stopping and asking if I needed help. He plugged it for me and I was back in the saddle in no time. He then offered to top up my tubeless goo back at his van, so I met up with him where he'd parked. It turned out he'd run out, so he then offered to drop me at a bike shop. What a star. Do put his number in your phone, you never know when you will also need a mechanical rectified.

I found Sam at Spoke & Edge really friendly, helpful and excellent value. Will use again.
