Top tier customer service! I went in yesterday in a bit of a panic. I had a puncture on my tubeless tyre. Was greeted by Gareth, I explained to him that I had no idea what I was doing. He ran through the options with me. Decided to just put an inner tube that I had spare in my saddle bag.Gareth did the install for me whilst giving me a basic walkthrough of what he was doing. I tried to pay him at the end for setting up the inner tube and he refused payment!After this wholesome experience, I can certainly guarantee that going forward I will be getting all my bike maintenance done here as well as any other bike related purchased :)The world needs more people like Gareth!

On a Saturday in early March 2023, the freewheel hub on my Specialized road bike stopped working.I took the wheel into Edinburgh Cycles at Newcastle and although busy they not only had the right part in stock, they removed the defective part and put the new one on when I explained I did not have the right tool/know how. All this for the price of the £30 part. ‘Simply the best’. 70 mile ride the next day no problems. Many thanks.

Great customer service, very supportive and well educated team that knows what they are doing. Great choice of spare parts and clothing for your bicycle. They also stock quite few bicycles so finding one for yourself won't be an issue, should you want to buy brand new bike.You will defiantly feel you've been looked after well here :) Come along and check yourself, you won't be disappointed!

I went to the shop as my son’s bicycle had a problem. James was extremely efficient and solved all the issues. He was also extremely kind and generous with his time. We will definitely go back to the shop for any bike related needs.
