fantastic service from Ian & the shop manager, nice friendly people with no pressure sales, we were left alone to choose what we wanted with advice from Ian when needed, we picked our carpet in the morning & Ian arrived that same afternoon to measure up, the price we got from the manager the following morning was spot on. the carpet fitters arrived at our set date & time, they were very neat & tidy & did a great job.... a big thanks to everybody at carpet mills, we would definitely use them again & wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

Recently had lounge, hall, stairs and landing carpeted. Carpet is lovely and competetively priced, and the fitters did an outstanding job. How do they get into all those fiddly bits so well? Early days, so I don't know how it will perform long term, but very happy for now.

Went into the store today, within an hour Ian was able to arrive at my home, measure up and get me a quote. We went ahead and purchased the house worth of carpets/underlay. Very pleased with the customer service from Ian and the in store manager. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered carpet, vinyl and laminate from Karpet mill. All at a great price and all very high quality products. The store itselfhhad a large range. Service was excellent, dealt with by Ian who was helpful and professional he also measured it all, up but all the guys there were friendly. Installation of vinyl and carpet was excellent, given there were some difficult cuts in the bathroom. Would definitely recommend.
