Mama Strong has been an amazing addition to my life! Michelle has incredible knowledge and passion for postnatal recovery, she genuinely cares and looks at the whole picture of what each person’s body needs to be strong, post-birth. Michelle has given me confidence to get back into fitness and approach it with a better understanding of techniques that I can use forevermore. Oh, and you can also BYOB (bring your own baby) along who will be kept entertained with all the toys/other kiddies while you work out! All the boxes are ticked and so great to meet like-minded woman to have a chat/laugh with too. Highly recommend!

After having two children, I was keen to get back into shape again. The biggest difficulty was finding time while looking after my youngest child. Michelle's Mama Strong workouts allow you to do exercise that are specially designed for post baby bodies, but also allows you to bring your little one along. I wasn't sure how my wee boy would behave but she has plenty of toys to keep him entertained. He now tells people he's going to his exercise class. Michelle knows her stuff, it's a welcoming and judgement free environment but she will push you to do your best and help make sure you're getting the technique right. There's also a lot of variety of different things to try out, which keeps it interesting every week while working on different areas of the body.

After having my second baby, I knew I was ready to find something that would help me rebuild my fitness but also give me the confidence that I was doing it in the correct post-partum way! My weekly 1-2-1 sessions with Michelle were genuinely the highlight of my week during maternity leave. My baby came with me so childcare for sessions wasn’t an issue. We started gently but before long, I was doing weights and exercises I’d never thought possible, all under the guidance and enthusiasm of Michelle. She asked what my goals were on day one and we have achieved them together. I actually think I’m stronger than before babies! Plus I now have the confidence to hit the gym and maintain the strength and flexibility I have gained. Michelle, a mum of 3, knows full well what motherhood can be like, especially when it comes to “me time” and fitness. It has been great to meet another Mama who is so down to earth yet inspirational when it comes to realising that all important self care.
