The staff and the facility are fine but they really need to sort their opening hours out. Most days are different and the place seems to be run for their own convenience rather than provide a consistent service for their customers.

God help you if your parcel is with them. You are lucky if you manage to collect it yourself. Otherwise it's red missed delivery notes at best. Swear they do not even bother knocking. Also I have a paper with my phone number on the door for deliveries. Too complicated for them

They can’t help me to track my delayed parcel. Also, they gave me their manager number who never picks up the phone at all!!!

If we miss a delivery the parcels get taken to The Canterbury delivery office; a 50 minute round trip by car. I lot longer by bus. They have changed their opening hours to basically hardly ever be open and haven't bothered to change their opening hours on Google, so people are still making the journey there, only to find our they are closed and they had a wasted trip.

Amazing customer service here I felt very accommodated by the effort made by staff. Particularly, I spoke to a representative named Stuart and he was amazing! Efficient, helpful and very understanding. 10/10

Now open for only 2 hours in the morning (after many people are already leaving for/at work) and 2 hours in the afternoon (most working people aren’t easily able to visit before 6pm).Take your money 24/7 online,Provide a service only on a part-time basis.Maybe they’re trying to get Universal Credit top-ups.Shocking way to run a national service with the Royal mark.

I haven't had any post for 10 days now. Two items are parcels that are 24hr tracked sent 8 days ago and one is a special delivery sent 7 days ago. None have arrived.
