I might sound biased because I live above the Bristol store and restaurant but I have always found the staff to be warm, friendly and caring, and have eaten some truly excellent meals in the restaurant. The bar is a great location and the bar staff are always open to creating new exotic concoctions if we wish to suggest something we like, alternatively their own cocktails are among the best I have tried anywhere in the south west. I had a Bloody Mary with a twist one night and it was genius work by the bar staff. There are tons of tasty original cocktails on offer that I haven’t seen or tried anywhere else. In the downstairs department we are always grateful to have wine tastings with Diana to gain education in wines, which never cease to impress us. And the staff in the makeup and perfume department are so generous and thoughtful towards us when my partner has questions about what to buy. We are always communicating and catching up with many of the staff and this includes the restaurant. Overall I am impressed with the attentiveness shown and can recommend you try the restaurant and bar, and sometimes there are themed nights with food and drink which furthers my education on various cultures and ingredients used in the dishes. Always a pleasure to visit.

Love the bar here. Very chic and classy with a huge selection of spirits and cocktails to chose from. My go to is however a hot chocolate made more indulgent with the addition of a shot of dark or spiced rum, and somebrown sugar.

Passing through we happened to stop at the fragrance and perfume section and met the amazing Tina. Wow, she knows her stuff! So incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about every single one of the hundreds of amazing fragrances beautifully displayed. She talked us through so many gorgeous options for every occasion, telling us about the make up (elements) in each.. A really lovely smile and personality, she really gets her customer. We had a lovely meal last night, excellent value for money for their £30 fixed price 3 courses with cocktail. The quality of the food, the presentation and the restaurant was excellent, but the star was the (Brazilian) waiter, who dealt so professionally with the few minor hiccups from the kitchen. We had a fun evening and would definitely recommend it.

Wonderful Winter Menu in Harvey Nichols! Many choices, pork(hard to find),fish,vegetarian, plenty to eat and excellent price!!

We booked a table for lunch for my mums 76th birthday. 5 of us with her granddaughters and daughters. We had to wait over an hour for our cocktails which didn’t actually arrive until our meal had finished. The food was hit and miss. The dhal was excellent, but other meals quite bland. After having been regularly over the last year I feel standards have dropped massively. It used to feel like a little touch of luxury. Will now find somewhere else.

This is a small department store. I was expecting a bigger store. It only has ground floor beauty, food and wine. First-floor ladies and second-floor mens and the bar and restaurant. No home or kitchen wares.I had a HN burger in the bar. It was good and just the right size. Service was friendly and efficient.

I find the store is a discriminating and a racist store, the management team of privileged background often look down at ethnic minorities and feel that they are far more superior and better and they look at ethnic minorities as if they have entered the store by mistake and don’t deserve to shop from Harvey Nichols. I also find appearance pays a key role as well as skin tone in the Bristol store, they often come as a pack so if you complain, (well no point) they have each others back, very unprofessional, The finance manager got to be the worst, she is patronizing, far from diverse, no customer value, disrespectful, especially if you are black or of colour, she lacks customer service skills, She is an obnoxious individual and if they continue In this manner, the store will be labelled as a racially discriminative store. They have no customer value especially if you are black, although ethnic minorities are probably the biggest spenders.

The best meal ive had in an age. Two menus to choose from. Lovely chap who served obvs loved his job and gave us good recomends on the best slice of the menu. Got a bespoke dessert and a lovely glass of fizz. If yr in Bristol eat here They are the best.
