Honestly if i could rate less stars I would.I took my Mac in after the wifi stopped working and I couldn’t do the latest MacOS update. Without doing the update I couldn’t update apps ect, I took it down in February and have only just got it back.The time the mac spent at Stoke Laptops there was little communication between myself and the guys working. It was there for 7 months. They called me maybe 3 or 4 times over this period with little to no updates on the status of the laptop.I asked why it was taking so long and was told ‘to fix the issue we are waiting for another Mac of the same size to come in so we can transfer parts over to fix them as we can’t do that since the wifi doesn’t work yet.’I was fine with this as I’m a student and with it being the summer break I was in no rush to have it fixed by a particular date.Months went on with no communication. I received a call later them telling me that since it had been there so long I was welcome to come and collect it or wait a little longer for them to fix the issue, so I waited as i was in no rush and just wanted it fixed and working for the new academic year.I was getting to a point that it had been there so long I was starting to forget about it.I then received a call on Monday saying it was all fixed and ready to be collected and that everything on it was running fine.I thought great, finally done, no more stressing ill have it back and ready to go back to uni in September.I went down to collect it today. As soon as I went in they knew who i was and what I had came for. When I was handed back my Mac I could visually tell that it wasn’t in the same condition as when I first took it in.Screws out of the casing missing, the charger wasn’t even my charger and had to ask for my one only to be handed a different one in worse condition. I stated that it wasn’t mine and that it was too big only to be told that ‘it will have more power because its a bigger charger’.I was then told while in store that the wifi still didn’t, and it was something that they couldn’t fix the whole time it had been there.I was never told this when I had been previously contacted. Even when I was called to say it was finish they said and I quote ‘Everything on it is fine’.I left feeling deflated and angry that those 7 MONTHS had been wasted as it came back un fixed and in worse condition.I am happy that since it was there so long I wasn’t charged for anything they had done.I then got home and turned it on it was password protected. Was not told about this in the store so had to call up and chase for answers. There are also buttons broke and sticks which weren’t in that condition before.This laptop was alway my most prized possession and the most expensive thing that I own.I have tried installing apps that I previously had on there but nothing will open and some how all the storage is filled up by a file they installed to update the MacOS.I was recommended to here after previously going into other shops into town that wouldn’t take it as apple products can be tricky to repair, but this place was so good and so efficient everyone told me.

Had emergency screen repair done, phoned, was give advice, called in & new screen fitted all within 2 hours!!!Very reasonable price, great friendly service I would have liked to give more stars if possible.Thxs Guys.

So pleased with these guys today! I had accidentally thrown a coffee all over my new laptop and they managed to revive it. Very thankful.Two week update: my laptop is still working perfectly, I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you all again!

Guys in there were incredibly helpful, had a good laugh in the shop, got what I needed at a really good price! They even let me test it before I paid to make sure it did what I needed. Top tier customer service, will definitely be making another visit soon!

These guys know what they're doing , dug my old notebook out , struggled doing a Clean install Of W10 , left it with them for 1 hour, it's perfect, upped my RAM, GREAT JOB, I'd recommend these guys anytime, keep your £ local, Create and Recycle! Saved at least £200 today by recycling and they gave new life in a old system! Every penny helps nowadays ! Thx guy's

The team at Stoke Laptops are amazing they helped me and my partner with a number of electronics and helped me with a new PC build that blows my old one out of the water at an affordable price thanks to there pay plan.

So, I've used this place a couple times they have always gone above and beyond to help. Always had exactly what I needed whenever I needed it. Love the owner top class bloke always happy to make amends if something doesn't go to plan. It's refreshing to see someone so driven to do good.

Was looking for a laptop for my daughter to take to college and play games on. Very reluctant to pay high street prices for a basic gaming machine. Saw the reviews for Stoke Laptops, nipped in and walked out with a high spec machine for much less than I thought I would have to pay. Okay, it's second hand but the spec and speed are amazing. Really friendly service and no doubt that aftercare if needed will be second to none. These guys know their stuff and they will be my go to from now own. How they make a profit is beyond me. My daughter is going to be well chuffed.

I love this shop, I bought 180gb ssd for £10 and it works. You should go to this shop. Best shop. The people who work here are nice.
