Pushy sales tactics, weird presentation about how they’re the best company in the uk, only use the best products etc, 1 hour later and still hasn’t shut up about the company. Had to call it a day as I had builders coming round, rearranged for another day and they didn’t even turn up. Look on Ebay, buy the windows and install them yourself or get a DIY specialist to fit them for you. Saves you a lot of money.

Avoid at all costs. Had them round for a free quote. For 14 windows and a door they wanted £10,000 which was more than the Everest. Then tried to say well if you sign up today you get 10% off, plus managers discount (bull#£+&) we can £7,000 but HAVE to sign up today. Marched the guy out my house. Never go with these utter cowboys.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY! They do not honour their guarantees on work done just over a year ago. I am left with a broken window (the handle broke - the window handles are all fragile) which I will have to pay someone else to repair.St Helens Glass gave my mobile number and other details to a holiday company without my permission. They also pestered me with phone calls to have other work done. I cannot stress enough please go elsewhere. I wish I had looked properly at reviews before using them.

They came out measured up everything was fine! That was the last we saw or heard from them! Then 12 months later they started to ring asking how pleased we were with our windows. I told them how we'd been treated and asked to have our details removed from their database. We are still getting these calls now. Today we've had 2 from MATTHEW! He has promised me twice now that he'll have my details removed! I'll see what happens on Monday when I ring head office!!

Been waiting 4.5 months only to be left with no conservatory at all....NOT HAPPY! When we ordered we were not told they had gone into receivership but still took our money and won't honour the contract fully and won't honour the guarantee on the conservatory, absolute rip off merchants!!!!!!

Had a quote for a composite front door, 2 medium sized windows and 4 small windows which came out at over £7800 with discounts" lol! This is a days work for two lads.They brought a sample window for me to look at and it's no different from any other upvc window. In fact the ones in my parents house

Two salesmen arrived at 16.15 on 6.2.2018. Quoted me £11,038 for seven windows and suggested using Shawbrook finance which would bring the cost to £22,076 over 10 years.I was told many far fetched lies, including their company being as big as Pilkington Glass, other companies use reconstituted plastic which is porous, and if I died the debt would not be collectable. Well Pilkington is a worldwide company, I have never heard of porous plastic and I doubt that the debt would disappear on my death.The price was the most unbelievable.They eventually left at 17.15pm THREE HOURS later without a sale.Avoid this company.

Absolutely shocking, ordered windows back in April 2017.They were incapable of measuring up correctly and after three attempts to get it right I am left with an unfinished job.They have ignored all correspondence but unfortunately for them they have chose to ignore the wrong person and after following all the legal advice I have been given I am now taking them to court.Do yourself a favour and avoid St Helens Glass at all cost.I’d also avoid any of their associated companies that fall under the Entu Group, that is St Helens Glass, Weatherseal, Penicuik, St Andrew’s Glass, Job Worth Doing and more.If you want a 1st Class job then avoid these 3rd rate companies.You’ve been warned.

We recently had new windows fitted by St Helens Glass and can honestly say from the start of the process to the actual fitting we cannot fault them! The salesman wasn't pushy and at the end of the day the choice was ours whether to go ahead with them or not. The two lads who fitted them where a good team and fitted 6 windows in 7hrs and cleaned up after themselves! This was our experience!

Total joke contacted me by phone and agreed to let them give me a price for a conservatory.Waited in for arranged appointment only for it to be a no show.A week later I got a call asking about how the appointment had gone when I explained he didn't show they said he had been sacked for not turning up.They then started to offer me a hamper and promised if I let them rearrange I would get conservatory at trade price.When lady turned up I will admit the product on offer sounded good and i was told if i purchased it i could have a free weeks holiday 5* accommodation for three years.Then came the price £262 a month for 10 years but would knock 3 months payments of due to having a loan which is due to expire.The total cost without the three month discount is £31440.Yesterday I got a call asking about visit and upset them because I had lost interest at this point even though they claimed I was given a wrong quote hung up on me
