I contacted Schleich to enquire if any spare parts were available for a horse playset which had become damaged. The Customer Service department in Germany were absolutely brilliant. Very helpful & professional. Fantastic customer service!

Ordered my daughter Christmas present no tracking number and no one answer ur call if not received soon will be going to trading standards police and bank as its fraud

I ordered my daughters birthday presents online. They never arrived, failed to contact me back after leaving several voicemails on their number (Which they will not answer no matter what time of day you ring)I then recieve a generic email giving me zero information on the status of my order.Absolute Shocking customer service, still haven't received my order, nor a refund and my daughters birthday as now passed.Never Again!
