Been trying to open an account with Madison for over 5 weeks now, responses are extremely and painfully slow. I could’ve ordered £1000’s worth of gear so far but I’ve had to scrat around other distributors to get the gear I’ve needed to fix customers bikes. Pretty awful that they can’t even reply to e-mails ....
