We've just purchased our first static from West Lancs Caravans (after 10 years of touring). Steve and his team go above and beyond when it comes to service, they've guided us throughout the process, answering our questions (and there were plenty) and even storing our van whilst we waited for our pitch to be prepared. Our van was delivered and sited yesterday with Joe even popping back to secure the tie downs for us, and supplying me with a couple of photographs once sited. It's not difficult to see why West Lancs have been in business for so long, they really do believe that the customer is king. Thank you so much for all your help,

Professional and helpful staff, West Lancs Caravans go above and beyond. We had 2 caravans provided by our insurance company following a flood at our home. Not only was the whole process easy, the caravans were spotless and comfortable. The delivery and pick up extremely professional and courteous. Thank you for making a stressful time a lot more bearable. A friend of mine also bought one for their house renovation after our recommendation, they are such a good, reliable and respectable company.
