Brilliant company

My in laws engaged the company to install heating and plumbing in a renovation if their home. We pointed out that my 83 year old father in law is terminally ill, so time was of the essence. They quoted a cash payment for labour and were to provide us a list of material to purchase. On the agreed commencement date, the company failed to turn up. Instead emailing to state that they couldn’t make enough profit from the job unless they bought the materials, and significantly marked up the prices. Given my father in laws illness this is not the action of a company that I would recommend you engage without serious consideration.

At school we had a major problem that could have potentially resulted in not opening for the start of term. T & C sorted it for us. Thanks
