After we lost our home to a fire we went round many estate agents to get temporary accommodation while our bungalow is ready for us to move back into. Sue at William Gleave was so compassionate and helpful and found us a beautiful bungalow temporary. Could not of asked for anymore from her and the rest of the staff highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have two properties that are managed by William Gleave. The service and professionalism I have received since appointing them last year is fabulous. I met with Mike Hughes initially and he explained everything to me and his help was much appreciated as the two properties concerned are part of my late Aunt’s estate and need to be managed whilst the probate and estate is sorted. Following the initial meeting my main point of contact has always been Rachel Pamment who is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and approachable. I do not live in the Wales area where the properties are and Rachel has been wonderful in keeping me updated regarding any ongoing issues with the properties and tenants. She has dealt with everything with utmost professionalism and helped with contractors to carry out improvements etc. Her local knowledge is exceptional and she always endeavours to go over and above to help with any issues. I don’t know what I would have done without her help as she has guided me through various issues and processes. One of the properties is now ready to be put up for sale and to this end Rachel has liaised with Alex Cardno from William Gleaves Llandudno offices who is now dealing with the marketing of this property. Alex has also been immensely supportive in helping and advising me on my journey dealing with these properties which as my late Aunt’s Executor I have to finalise. Because geographically I do not live anywhere near these properties the whole Team at William Gleaves go above and beyond to professionally deal with everything. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I would give them a six star rating for their knowledge and professionalism. If I had been able to keep these properties I would have had no hesitation in William Gleave continuing as my Managing Agents

Nothing was too much trouble and every query or question was answered promptly.After viewing the property on Thursday afternoon, we asked for a move in date as soon as possible (as it was less than a week until Christmas) and they didn't disappoint us.Credit checks etc were completed, the tenancy agreement was signed & we collected the keys, all in just 3 days.I had a good feeling about William Gleave estate agents and Sue after our very first conversation and they proved themselves to be everything I expected and more.

The team could not be more helpful and attentive. Emails and phone calls are always answered quickly, Sue is a huge asset to the team as well as Rachael. Excellent service from William Gleave. I live 300 miles from the property I rent in N Wales and so a reliable agent is essential. WG took over the property after a disastrous experience letting to tenants who ruined the house and left with many months of unpaid rent. WG were efficient in appointing contractors for the refurbishment and had the property let again in no time. I am particularly grateful to Jamie and Mike who assisted at this time.Latterly, once the property was back on track, Rachel did an excellent job in managing the tenancy and ensuring the property was well maintained. She provided outstanding customer service and was professional and efficient at all times.I've mentioned 2/3 individuals but the whole team were great to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending William Gleave Estate Agents for both tenants and landlords alike.

My experience with the staff at William Gleave Lettings Agency Rhyl store, has been nothing but wonderful.The staff are and have always been very kind, polite, friendly and always willing to help and provide advice with any and all situations.After a loss of job and suffering from developing mental health conditions, I got myself into rent arrears and was struggling both financially and emotionally. However the staff have been very understanding of my situation, they have been so kind and helpful and very patient with me.I have now managed to sort out my finances and arrears.One staff member who has been so wonderful is a woman named Rachel. She has been very supportive with my issues and also with my mental health requirements. Both Rachel and Mike understand that I require certain things in regards to my mental health, and have been very helpful in making sure my needs are met and that I feel safe and secure in the property.I can not thank them enough, and believe they need more recognition for their hard work and tenant support services.
