My family and I want to thank the staff and especially Tom for helping us get what we think is an amazing car (The XC60). The whole process was flawless and did not feel pressured. It was a wonderful day out with my wife and kids (who would have driven out with the showroom cars given the chance). Patient and accommodation staff. Thank you HSF for an wonderful experience and a fantastic car.

Highly disappointed my experience today. Came in with my husband to discuss purchasing an XC40. We began browsing and were in the show room for about 15 minutes. Despite a number staff being available, no one greeted us and no one spoke to us so we left. Will take my business elsewhere.

Squire Furneaux Volvo- It's Run by Humans. My wife had the misfortune to pop a front tyre on the kerb of the traffic island just up from Squire Furneaux in Pirbright, as is now common no spare wheel or jack was supplied so the RAC were called, they arrived quickly but could not help because they are not allowed to tow a car with a flat tyre on their 2 wheel hoist? so I had a 4 hour expected wait for an RAC flat bed trailer. While waiting, I explained the situation in Squire Furneaux, they checked to see if they had our size tyre but did not so I expected no further help, however, they very kindly took the trouble to check with a local tyre supplier, found me a tyre, took me to collect the tyre, and then fitted it for me saving me hours of waiting around. I am so grateful for the kindness shown by all of the staff at this establishment who are an absolute credit to their company.

Had an issue with AC charging my Polestar where it would only charge at half speed. Took a fair bit of explaining and persuasion to get Squire Furneaux to even agree to look at the car. There happened to be a service campaign which was related to DC fast charging on the car which they completed and charged the car up and sent it back to me. They didn't look at what speed the car charged at, if they had they would have seen the fault was still there. I called up to let them know the fault was still there and said they would call me back. I haven't heard from them since.I understand there is always going to be teething issues with new technology but the lack of communication really left a sour taste in my mouth.

Ian has recently sorted us out a fantastic deal on an XC90 Plug In Hybrid to allow our business to be more environmentally friendly and efficient.We have not put any petrol in for over a week now and have been charging on our solar at the office for free.Ian has been fantastic at coming back to us throughout the entire process either by email or call, even collecting us from the stationWe will look to use Ian and Guildford Volvo for the next fleet renewal in a few months

Recently purchased a XC60 without viewing or test driving the car in advance. This isn’t something I would normally consider but the excellent service I received from Mr Tom Dodd left me reassured that there would be no problem if I decided the car was not for me. Slightly disappointed with the valuation of my px but overall the attention to detail and communication from Tom made it a painless experience.

From my initial enquiry to the point I drove my used V40 away from the dealership, the service was excellent.Tom, who I dealt with, went to great lengths to locate the car I was looking for and was patient and polite throughout the whole process.I would highly recommend HSF, in Guildford to anyone looking for a used or new Volvo.
