Tom arrived at the scheduled time and got on removing and replacing both a faucet and drain waste. He was very considerate upon entering the house he removed his shoes. He was friendly and I would recommend T.A.R Plumbing and Heating for a quality plumber in London.

Tom is an excellent plumber. On time, professional and very approachable. He was very quick and responsive with doing a quote, which made it easy to compare to other plumbers in the area. He did a great job for me fitting an outside tap and sorting out my noisy toilet ball valve! Nothing is too much trouble. He is keen to do a good job, so I felt confident in his work. No rushing or botch jobs here! I would definitely recommend his plumbing services to friends and family, you will be in safe hands!

Tom provided a professional service. He quickly identified and resolved the issue we had with our leaking radiator. We were impressed at how respectful and tidy he was. We would recommend and defiantly use again.

TAR are a very straight forward, friendly and transparent business that I hired to undertake a washing machine and dishwasher installation and would hire again for other work. Their initial inspection informed me of the best place to have the units, based on the area I wanted them in, as well as the access to fresh water and waste water pipes. I am so happy with the finish and the dedication to their craft. They even came back a few days later to swop out the waste water pipe from my new John Lewis dishwasher, because they weren't 100% satisfied with the fit of the piping, even though there were no sights of any leaks. I felt in such good hands, excellent attention to detail.

We moved into a new house and had a series of plumbing nightmares. We found it difficult to identify trades people in London given there are so many, Tom was recommended to us by a neighbour and we were so pleased with how responsive, efficient, professional and knowledgeable he was. Tom replaced our water tank, fitted an electric shower and replaced varies pipe fittings and taps. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough and are delighted to have a go-to local plumber for any future work.

Tom was fantastic! Unlike other tradesmen that I have had to do jobs at my house, he works with you, making you feel in control of the work every step of the way and will make sure everything he does is to the highest standard. I had him working on my downstairs bathroom plumbing and I now have the confidence to look at improving the upstairs bathroom all because I have a plumber I can trust. Thankyou!
