Me and my family went to the sunglasses hut at cribs causeway to shop and as I was buying a pair of sunglasses the store manager was incredibly rude as she interrupted when I was paying so the customer she was serving could pay when I was in the middle of the process . Her attitude was very inappropriate and had me waiting extra time so her customer could be served . This made me very upset as she was clearly causing a divide between people for her personal reasons. The sales assistant however was very polite and helped me throughout my process of buying my sunglasses even throughout this mishap.

We visited the cribbs causeway store today and Ellie was our lovely sales person. She was really friendly and super informative and really helpful. Infact the two other members of staff a blonde person and a person who hasn't long started in the job were also really friendly and chatty. We had a wonderful experience and my husband is pleased with his new sun glasses.

Walked in not to purchase anything just browsing but the sales person was very welcoming and chatty she did not push me at all even got my husband to agree to the lense cleaner.

Saw what I wanted online, popped in store on a whim and there they were. Staff were very attentive and friendly I was in and out in minutes with my warranty set up and explained to me! 10/10

The service here was brilliant! I was served by Gary and he was extremely helpful- he listened to the kind of thing I was looking for and bought over loads of sunglasses for me to try on, explaining the different lenses, shapes etc. to ensure they were fit for purpose. I left with a lovely pair of sunglasses for my holiday that I know will be perfect.

The two members of staff at the cribbs causeway Bristol store were very helpful and efficient. Very good knowledge and understanding of the glasses / lenses etc. felt very comfortable and relaxed in the environment. Visited the store intending to take a look and ended by buying a pair of glasses.
