Went to the belle vue yesterday the landlord was so nice had a meal there 10 out of 10 for the chef who is the landlords wife and 10 for the food just amazing can't wait to go there again

Lovely home cooked food,went a few weeks ago and been trying to get back since. Food served Friday-Sunday. Please don't change your veggie lasagne, it was so good!

The landlord and landlady are very rude and have 0 people skills whatsoever. I came in with friends and wasn’t thirsty so I went on the fruit machine and the landlord asked me if I’m going to buy a drink and I replied telling him I’d buy one once I’d finished on the fruit machine. He then continued to be rude and told me it isn’t a social club. There is no signage saying you need to buy a drink before you use the machine so the fact he told me I had to leave because of it was hilarious. The landlady then proceeded to call the police. Maybe they should take lessons in customer service skills, they’d both highly benefit from it.

Had a meal here on 18th Feb 2023 we were a party of 5. The home made pies are amazing great portion sizes. Food was piping hot just how it should be. Sarah and John are very welcoming 10/10. Will be back.

A decent pub that has had many changes of owner over the last few years.4 well kept local ales on draft and a range of national beers are available too.Live sports, quiz nights, darts and pool are also available. I hope this turns into a real community pub, the landlord is certainly giving it a try

Been to the belle vue many times and I must say the landlady Sarah and her partner John are so welcoming and friendly I can’t go anywhere else, always have a smile to share and are always helpful.They have just started to do Late Breakfasts and evening meals such as jacket potatoes, and Burgers and plenty more, I highly recommend to everyone to try their breakfast and have a visit.When I asked to swap a part of my breakfast they were so happy to ablige, they even handed my dog a sausage for free, what an amazing experience and I’m sure you will feel the same.
