Please shower and consider your fellow gym goers.Today and the other odd days. I should have had air fresheners and a WWII gas mask in my gym bag.Why?Because certain men come into the gym smelling of BO and exercise without considering how nauseous their armpits are.I get it it's a gym ....But I shower everyday and after working out still smell great.

No sanitiser sprays or tissues to wipe away other people's sweat. That's too unhygienic for me.I've noticed that many gym users have also mentioned this in their reviews and the response from the management team has been that it will be sorted. That was months ago and still no sprays. It cannot be that hard to buy them!!That was my first and last visit.

Crowd here is awful. Bare feet, piles of water bottles, hoodies, handbags and gym bags everywhere. Really untidy. Stuff all over weight branches/ machines. Everyone talking loudly on their phones and watching tiktok. While sitting on equipment.Staff are rude and unhelpful. Manager is on his phone the whole time. Clique culture rules here.Worst gym and crowd in london.

Amazing gym. Super spacious. Staff amazing!! Classes are great. It has a real community feeling. The manager is great. Kris, Carlos and Carl have made my experience of the gym amazing!!!

Nice and new. Good space. Convenient with Parking. 24-hour opening. I'm impressed!!!!It's back open after lockdown. Social distancing is in place for what it's worth, with fewer machines to make space. There are still plenty of free weights and machines to use. Catford branch benefits from being new.When it's busy, you might have to wait a short time to enter. No more than a few minutes.The Gym is one of those places you need to maintain your health. It's important to be able to keep fit, especially at this time of the virus.As winter draws closer, we don't want to be putting strain on the national health service.Hopefully, it will remain open. Only time will tell!!

Downgrading my original review.Equipment is getting worn and damaged but not fixed for ages.E.g, seat on leg extension wabbles, the battery on about 50% of the cardio machines upstairs, most of the rowing machines have one fault or another.Actually, that said, there is no easy way to report broken or damaged equipment. Maybe a clipboard somewhere would be useful esp for eve and night users.Also, the gym has stopped putting out cleaning sprays and tissues.You can't use anything without using your own towel to clean other people's sweat of the machine, and you have to do this dry or with water from the drinking fountain.And randomly the music in the gym is left off or ridiculously high.It's a shame and I have no idea why its gone downhill so rapidly in the last few monthsThe range of equipment and easy parking are still highlights‐------------Great gym, great range of equipment both machine and free weights! Kept regularly clean and everyone is so friendly...

I love this gym its a great place to be. The people are nice, no one seems to judge, you can tell people like being there and its a great atmosphere. PT Nori is the best she's so supportive and a great PT, she knows her stuff and she's human just like you and me (except she's superhuman ha ha). Great place
