I feel compelled to share my feedback, in the hopes that it might help others avoid the same unpleasant experience.First and foremost, the wait time was incredibly frustrating. I arrived at the car wash at 2pm, expecting a reasonable wait. However, I ended up waiting for over 4 hours before it was my turn. This was unacceptable, especially considering I had made an appointment in advance.Once my car finally entered the wash, I had high hopes that things would improve. Unfortunately, that was far from the case. The cleaning quality was abysmal. There were still dirt spots, streaks, and even a noticeable missed section on the windshield. It felt like the car had received nothing more than a quick rinse.Furthermore, the customer service was lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional. When I politely raised my concerns about the subpar cleaning, I was met with indifference. There was no attempt to rectify the situation or even an apology for the poor service.Adding to the frustration, the pricing for this disappointing service was far too high. I expected to pay a premium for a thorough and professional car wash, but what I got was neither thorough nor professional. I left feeling cheated and dissatisfied.In conclusion, my recent experience at Max and Lachies was nothing short of a letdown. The excessive wait time, poor cleaning quality, and lackluster customer service make it a car wash I cannot recommend to anyone. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the management to consider making significant improvements in the future.

extremely appaling and far from the 'squeaky clean' description. Car had streaks all over and i am never coming back. Next time i see u two at my door i will move house. Lachie is small and cant reach the roof so max got extremely dirty and all work was left to him. Also theire blonde hair was still blonde by the end so i expected it to be brown from the hardwork. I really wish u guys the best but maybe try washing a car thats not urs. All the best for the future and keep up the buisness. Gl xxp.s. absolutely stunk of shiz in the car
