Dave Haigh at Marsh Design came highly recommended and can honestly say we have had a very professional and efficient service. Communication excellent! We received a very comprehensive Survey report and calculations and Dave visited the premises to talk through the technical aspects. Shout out to Laura who has been really helpful. A Brilliant local company. I have spoken to multiple people in different job roles throughout the process and everyone was kind, professional, knowledgeable and reassuring through the process of my survey I required. They were able to fast track the visit, I receive a call afterwards with the full information of their inspection, answering any questions I have and receiving a very detailed report shortly afterwards. I had some issues at a later stage with the report and they immediately stepped in to help me solve it. Would most definitely recommend this company.

A structural survey is never going to be the most glamorous aspect of a house build/extension or remodel but it is absolutely necessary and so important to get right.Dave at Marsh Design was so professional, talked us through what he was looking for, how things could work best for us and then the plans he produced were spot on and will accurately, and safely, enable the delivery of our home project.Costs are clear, up front and very reasonable. Would strongly recommend on basis of all the above.

Marsh Design was recommended to us for structural calculations for our proposed kitchen extension. Laura responded promptly and Dave came out to inspect the site (our house). He took note of our requirements and answered all our questions. The report containing detailed structural calculations for steel beams, bifold door lintel and roof lantern trimmers were created timely and according to our requirements. I would not hesitate to contact Marsh Design for future work and would happily recommend them to others.
