This place is as advertised. Went here in the morning before our cruise. It is clean, and I was able to use my credit card, and it's open early. Hope to come back and do laundry again next week when the cruise is over.

I prefer to use this launderette for drying clothes and dry cleaning suits. Prices are good and the staff very helpful and supportive

There are 12 washing machines and 19 drying machines.They are suitable even for duvets.You can dry 2 large Ikea bags full of clothes and mattresses for about almost £10.I come here every 2 to 3 weeks and am really happy with it.Payment methods:1- cash (£20, £10, £5, £2, £1, 50p, 20p)2- contacless ( by card or phone )3- by cardPlease avoid over loading the machines as they may break. ( max half )

Just been into this laundry wild horses wouldn't drag me back there.Paid for two machines £9.99 and £6 then had to pay £9.99 again cause my washing came out dirtier than when I put it in small machine then paid £5.20 for a tumble drier which did not work number 14 had to pay another £5.20 for another drierWould have been cheaper buying my own machine

Lots of machines and very easy to use, the large ones only £10 and can take around 5 normal wash loads. Staff are really friendly too.

Good laundarette but need to stop other businesses in the row from using their parking in the evenings. In the last month I've had to go and come back on a different day 4 times. Guys chatting by their cars so asked if they were finishing soon, they just said not using it and walked into a nearby business!

It was all going really well for 2 yrs, good machines, clean, etc no faults. Until"I lost £6.40 " show us your bank statement" they said. "No i will not show you my bank statement!! " who do they think they are? I even have a video of the machine failure. That was on the 3rd aug.There not going to give me my money unless they are allowed to look at my private financial information. That was 3rd august 2023 and ive not been back since.Thats ten weeks ago loss to them equalsNo less than £160.00 loss to me is my favourite laundry. Sound business??"

Absolutely appalling behaviour by the management here…. Pay point machine relieves me of £20 and the manageress comes down and repairs the machine but pockets my money and fobs me off with a 3rd party who she claims will refund the money…. 3rd party asks for the faulty machine the amount owing and bank details so they can process the “refund”….. they are supplied all details but then refuse to pay out unless I supply them with the faulty machine, the amount owed and my bank details which I remind them they already have…. They still refuse to pay out because I won’t give them details that they are already in possession of!!!!…. I speak to the manageress again who claims it’s nothing to do with her and refuses to even look at the emails that have been sent to the 3rd party…. Having spoken briefly with a solicitor it turns out the contract is between the launderette and myself ….. the 3rd party involvement is illegal and this is clearly a move to avoid paying back the money. Have had to issue court proceedings against them to get my money back….. it’ll cost her a lot more than 20quid now !!! IF HONESTY IS SOMETHING YOU VALUE WASH YOUR CLOTHES ELSEWHERE TO AVOID GETTING SCAMMED…. The owner has responded to this review claiming I have made it up….. yet she had the chance to deal with the matter but refused despite knowing I was going to take her to court to get the money back as she was hiding behind a 3rd party and refused to get involved… it’s true to say that the owner finally reimbursed the money and offered £14 compensation which is still £21 short of the court fees that she instigated by refusing to refund the money….. it’s worth noting that she only had an attack of conscience AFTER I left the review and posted to over 10,000 people on Facebook about the scam…. If you wish to state in writing that I have said anything untrue about your behaviour then you can expect a much more expensive court hearing…. Libel will cost you your business….. I expect you to change your response immediately or I’ll go book another court date for you.

We needed to get our laundry done before a cruise and this was the perfect place. We could use our credit card for the machines. All the machines appeared newer and worked great.The owner was a delight and very helpful. Highly recommend.
