I ordered a Bristan Shower from Homesupply.co.uk but they called to say they couldn't supply in time! However, they offered a similar replacement item which was delivered in 24 hours. They could have let me down but didn't - great customer service, product knowledge and perfect recovery. Thank you Tyler and Olivia. Good work!

What a transformation!!! In a competitive market, Matt came round to quote our new bathroom. He listened to our brief, gave great advice and came up with a superb design. I ordered about 4500 pounds worth of bathroom bits . My experience with this company was great i had conversations with Mollie and also Tyler and found them very helpful . Some of my bathroom bits had damage due to manufacture . these items were quickly replaced. And would and will order again from this company.

Same experience as another reviewer here- Alfredo lacoangeli. The product bought were a basin tap and waste which were supposedly made from brushed brass. This should not fade out and discolour within 3-4 months of barely any use. It is cheaply made from simple metal and not brass. We hardly use the bathroom it was installed in. Avoid avoid- they have no customer care and simply blame the customer for using the product when it is under warranty! They should at the very least replace the product and not say it was ‘used’ and customer has caused the chemical corrosion otherwise the warranty will never be honoured here. Don’t waste your money or time with this bathroom company!

Matt and Clem could not have been more helpful. They assisted us to put together a bathroom that was totally suited to what we wanted, and looks beautiful as well. The contractors who fitted the bathroom, provided by Home Supply Bathrooms, were also excellent. A fantastic service from beginning to end.

Purchased a bath and vanity unit.Arrived promptly and very well packaged.Fab quality and very reasonable price.There was a bit of a mix up with my order but this was dealt with really professionally and resolved straight away.Great service I would recommend to everyone.
