Outstanding customer service and friendly staff. Fixed an ongoing issue with my phone, and didn’t charge me, which was very generous. Also bought a phone car mount which is excellent quality. Will definitely return after such a positive experience.

Now I just wanna say the level of professionalism in “THE PHONE SHOP” is mesmerising I walked in with a frown on my face but left delightful as my phone was made to look a million times better and worked much better. Now, I need everyone to understand that if you’re ever in doubt give the phone shop a shout. Seriously though, hats out to everyone that works in this store who were courteous, mindful, attentive, going the extra mile, COURTEOUS, professional, respectful and oh did I mention how courteous they were? All jokes aside this place is where people need to be going these lovely gentle man will handle all your problems and lift some weight of your shoulders. Need I say more, the place speaks for itself so excellent job to the team of THE PHONE SHOP.

SUPERB customer service. I was buying 2 refurbished IPADS and had to have them delivered to the channel islands. I don't have much idea of such things and basically left everything to the Phone Shop to supply and organise. Incredibly helpful and informative and kept me updated on developments from beginning to end. I wish every business were as friendly and professional. 100% ++ !!

I can't speak highly enough of this business. They have repaired 2 i phones for me. Really well priced, short turn around time and always a great job. I recently asked if they would have a look at changing the digitizer screen on a car media unit from a vw transporter. Not something they normally do. They had a look, and within a couple of hours I got a text saying all done". It works perfectly. Saved me sending it to a specialist. Absolutely brilliant service"

Went in there to get my charging port cleaned out. Guy was very friendly and the whole process took about 10-15 minutes & they didn't charge for the job either. Great place to take your phone!

Highly recommend TPS, best in the SW for all your phone needs. Ive just been in to get a 'Hydra Gel' screen protector and camera cover for my new S23 Ultra. Wouldn't use anybody else. Quick service and great prices. Staff really know there stuff and always super helpful.
