Take videos and photos before leaving; I'm glad I did. When I returned the vehicle there were no issues, until I received an invoice with a charge for damage, I didn't incur. What's worse is that it was charged straight to my credit card without any notification or damage report provided.

Staff at Europcar office Birmingham airport very friendly and helpful. It was freezing and very late and they made sure I got to the car alright. Express return carried out at the carpark by a very helpful chap. Big thank you to the super team, see you again sometime.

I had a fantastic experience with this rental car company. The booking process was seamless, and the staff at the rental counter were friendly and efficient specially Sanjit Singh helped to make the booking process easier. The car I rented was in excellent condition and very clean. Throughout my rental period, the vehicle performed flawlessly, and I felt safe on the road. Returning the car was a breeze, and the staff was equally helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this rental car company for their outstanding service and well-maintained vehicles. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I picked up a car from Birmingham Airport, firstly I was told that due to the third party provider I had booked for that I couldn't take the car until I paid the excess. I felt pressured to pay this and was quoted a cost of GBP21 per day. I was asked to sign a document without the agent going through the costs. I then noticed that the company had taken GBP35 per day. I spoke to the third part provider who I booked through who confirmed what they said was incorrect. I called the branch (three hours to get through) they said they would check the CCTV and call me back, I heard nothing for one week and couldn't get hold of them again. I then complained again when I dropped off the car. I was told that a refund request would be made. The money still however came off my card. I then called customer service who advised that no notes, complaints, refund request or even a case was opened. This car company and branch is a scam, now looking at the reviews, I wish I had read these before and I will be reporting the company.

Disappointing overall-staff very upbeat and cheerful to deal with but it took 40 mins to get checked in and collect the car-very frustrating. Car itself was scratched and tatty.

Worst experience ever!! Don't take cars from them. The cars are dirty and in terrible condition. Also watch out for the guy when you return the car, he tries to charge you for destroying the rims even though they were already damaged before. The man at the reception promised to return £100 when returning the car, however, I never received it. See what condition you will get the car in.

5 star experience for the guys. Upgraded my car no problem as the one I ordered wasn’t ready.Abs then made the return so easy and quick as he knew we were short on time for our return flight.Highly recommend
