Whilst I have shopped in this store and tolerated their poor customer service....there comes a time when enough is enough! I took my products the counter and the cashier aggressively shouted CASH or CARD, without looking up! No smile, no hello, the lack of basic respect for customers spending money in their store especially in this climate was far below any reasonable service level...so I will not be returning to this store and do not recommend. #Learn some manners.

The north Indian girl was so impatient. I just asked her for help, she was looking at me so strangely, I asked her why are you looking at me so strangely that she just ignores me!!! She didn’t help me at all and had no respect for consumer.I will never go there again.

Creepy staff who follow you around. I’ve been coming to this shop since 2008, ignoring their poor behaviours but it’s time to boycott these sort of shops altogether

Worst service ever! One lovely girl behind the counter who didn't mind answering questions. The other asleep next to the register. First person you see when you walk in and couldn't be bothered to form a sentence.

Good prices. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. All the Keracare I brought were sealed upon opening the lids so happy no “back store kitchen” mixing and selling fakes (it happens in more stores than you think). Pleasant overall experience.

Plenty of choice, I'll be back here definitely, as this is what I was looking for.2 stars less, because the products i bought where few months out of the date. It was still fine, but it could be not. And still - it's a product which touch your skin and can cause damage too.
