I placed the order the first week of November and a month later still no sign of the diffuseri purchased. Also no tracking information provided and it costs £15… overall a bad experience with this company.RESPONSEJust avoid them they have an answer for everything use other more reputable companies there reviews speak volumes about them. I was never told my item was going to be 21 days and coming from America.

Edited to respond to comment from CEUK;Funny that you always respond with snarky technicalities when people call you out in reviews - but that's okay.Companies with poor customer service rarely last long in a free market - especially when competitors can not only outpace them in price and quality, but most importantly, you guessed it! - Customer service.As for you being an international seller" - you're based in the UK

Big thanks to CEUK for this Revo mount which has transformed the car amazingly, the service from CEUK was fantastic, same day dispatch with emails following up for details on my order, the website was easy to use and order. Big thanks again.

1st order, replacement footwell lights for my focus ST. Replaced the dull red stock with brighter blue LEDs. Arrived quick and easy to install.

I had a great experience with CEUK.I have no idea what the other reviews were about, they were super responsive.They even double check and seek clarification on the item I purchased, I have a RTS twin friction clutch kit, but I lack a flywheel, so I ordered a RTS Single mass flywheel from CEUK, upon purchase completion, they immediately sent me an email and double check if I have purchased the right part because RTS disagree with the fitment.Moments later I called up RTS and rectify everything.I emailed and apologize to CEUK and request for a refund.It was done within 5 mins.The response was very efficient and professional.Highly recommended.I will purchase from them in the future for my car parts.Cheers.

Original review 16/08/2022Only just seen all of the complaint reviews after making my order a week ago, so I thought I'd share my detailed experience.Here's my experience.First off I'm a first time buyer.I found the pricing to be extremely fair first and foremost.I ordered some items and wanted them fitting.Order was made on the 11/08/2022One item had the fitting option the other unfortunately did not on the website, so I contacted there means of customer service through WhatsApp and before I could finish writing I received a call from there office from a very well mannered lady:The lady asked if I wanted the fitting on my second item as I chose the option on the first and would like to double check if this was needed or if it was intentional.I mentioned the website wouldn't provide the option, she apologized got the website amended, arranged a fitting for the second item and sent me the invoice for payment.The process was easy to do and just clicked a link and payed the invoice via online transaction process like the order.Honestly I can't fault them so far.The lady explained once I'd paid the fitting when I got off the phone that someone would be In Touch over the next coming days to arrange a fitting date but to please bare with them as they had a big event on going that weekend known as the ford fair and it's a busy period for them but they will do there best to fit me in asap as that's what I requested.10/10 experience so farMe being excited to get it done thought I'd give them a call and just ask how things are going regarding there booking availability and to gauge how busy they are currently so I can get a general idea of fitting availability so on the Tuesday following (16/08/2022)I messaged them via WhatsApp and thought in the meantime I'll give them a call and see how things are going... while I was being connected and explaining about the fitting arrangement to a very well mannered gentleman he said that there customer service agent had been in a meeting this morning and was due to finish his meeting anytime and he's sure he will be in touch to arrange fitting.literally as we were speaking this happened, I received message asking what date and time would be best for me from there customer service agent and apologising for them being busy over the weekend.All in all so far my experience with this company has been excellent I can't understand the complaints about there customer service when so far for me it's been very polite and straight-forward.I am receiving my fitting tomorrow and will update this review but so far I honestly think that the experience has been fantastic and refreshing.Keep up the good work!P.s. I think some people need to learn how to be patient, we have been through a lot as a country and as a race this last few years and supply chains have all been affected I know this as I tinker with PC's and getting hold of parts has been extremely difficult and I believe the safety of others needs to be the priority over people being spoilt and wanting things immediately.Honestly your parents should have taught you better.Also remember these people are exactly that people and sometimes mistakes just happen. Be patient, kind and polite and I'm sure this company from my experience will return this in kindUpdate due 17/08/2022Found the place after carefully looking for it as it's a bit of a hidden private business parkSecurity is great here, it's in a fenced off private business park with access only on request which made me feel my car was in good hands and no theifs could acces the business park.The staff were absolutely lovely, I was greeted by a well mannered young lad known as Josh who showed me to the customer waiting area and offered bottles water and hot drinks complimentary and a vending machine for cold canned drinks such as cola etc.When leaving we were personally greeted by Hollie and the mechanic (I believe) and they wanted to ensure we were happy with the work done.All in all 11/10 experience.

Used these guys 3 times now. I - like another reviewer - have seen the reviews and don’t understand why some people have such obscure expectations.My experience has been outstanding from the first to now. I’ve ordered numerous bits and bobs for my ST180 and as I continue to build her up I’ll keep ordering.Communication is 10/10. Choice 10/10. Help & Advice 10/10.This place is my ‘Go to’ place for additions now. The only thing I’ve never done is have anything fitted as I like and enjoy doing that myself.Overall I cannot recommend them highly enough! BRILLIANT!!

Fantastic customer service and speedy response to emails whenever contacted.Highly recommended for all your car enthusiasts as you will surely get first class service from this business unlike most places which are generally formed of cowboys!!!
