Really great customer service, always very bright and friendly and sorted out some items from another store in a very timely manner. Plenty of advice on all things tiling, no issue parking and very happy to deal with public and tradesmen. Patient with complete amateurs and particular thanks to Tom and Darryl who sorted out all our bathroom needs!
