Campbells Estate Agents and Letting Agents Crick

I would highly recommend Campbells Estate agents. Jamie and Sian were fantastic from start to finish. Receiving a weekly update from Sian regarding my sale and purchase made all the difference. I never had to make a call to them and felt completely informed all the way through. The Campbell way was a refreshing experience compared to my previous experiences with other estate agents.

After several months on the market with another agent, and not getting anywhere, we enlisted the help for Jamie at Campbell's. He was brilliant right from the get-go. Jamie and Sian sorted any complications we had, whilst being incredibly reassuring at the same time. Would recommend them a thousand times over.Jamie really knows Crick and we are now in a house that we absolutely love.We couldn't have done it without him.

Campbells have been excellent from start to finish.. Jamie was an excellent professional and always spoke to us honesty. The property was advertised professionally and the sale handled diligently. The after sales was just as good, if not better with Sian being an astute sales chaser who was always on hand. We would get weekly updates however she was only ever a text away from hearing todays news. As a mortgage advisor, I will recommend all my local clients to use them.

I changed to Campbells from an agency that did very little and found that Campbells shifted my property, at a time, when the housing market was at rock bottom. Jamie Campbells (Office manager) Initially came out. They appeared to be the usual estate agent, full of words and the right patter to sign you up, but I took him at face value and he proved his words right, time after time, and found a buyer after only a few weeks.The sale of my house was then handed to Sian. What can I say about Sian; she was brilliant, always on the ball and kept her finger on the pulse throughout the sales process. I was constantly updated and Sian kept me sane during an insane process.I rarely, if ever, give top marks; with that in mind, I give Jamie nine out of ten but Sian gets a resounding ten out of ten.Thank you to all the team at Campbells

It has been a pleasure dealing with Jamie and Sian at Campbells. Nothing was too much effort and the team went over and above to ensure that my house sale was stress free. I am posting this review as my wife and I can’t thank Jamie Campbell and Sian McCurrach for all their help with our move to Norton. Our move wasn’t straightforward but Sian and Jamie went above and beyond to get the paperwork chased and made sure they were always available when we needed to check measurements etc. in our new home.I would recommend Campbells to anyone who needs an estate agent and once you have met the team they are more like friends than estate agents and will give you 100% service.

We cannot overstate what a great experience we had with Campbells who sold our property in the late summer of 2022. It began with meeting Jamie at our home and getting to know each other, and with his great people skills he was able to quickly understand us so that he would be able to manage our sale with a tailored approach that met our expectations. This for us meant an agent who we felt was being honest and professional, up to date with his knowledge about the market, and was able to stay our main point of contact throughout. Jamie was ALWAYS there to talk with, and there were never times that I felt he was ignoring my calls, which is such a typical tactic of estate agents and highly frustrating when you are going through he stress of a house sale. It also makes a huge difference to have a personal approach because otherwise you spend your time being passed from one member of the office to another every time you want to speak with someone, which makes it easy for the process to lose transparency and quickly puts you at a huge disadvantage. We had previously experienced other local shark-like agents who offered a slick and pushy initial sales pitch but quickly began to treat us rudely and deceptively, or others who were slow and old fashioned that seemed to be unable to answer their phones whenever it suited them. Our experience with Jamie found us an incredible buyer and we successfully sold our property; but had it not sold so quickly I have no doubt that Jamie would have also handled the challenge and stress of that situation with professionalism and integrity too. The whole experience was perfected by an in-house sales progression team run by Sian, whose role is to make sure that once you have agreed a sale that it all runs as smoothly and quickly as possible. She too was always easy to contact and worked really hard with me and the conveyancing solicitors to get the completion pushed through quickly - she even called me when she was on her holiday week to congratulate us on our sale when it completed! We are very grateful - thanks Campbells!
