Excellent service. I had my Ceed serviced and an MOT done as well, it needed some tyres to pass the MOT which they told me about. All was done the same day and they even washed it. Really would recommend this garage.

As a self employed sole trader my van is vital to me, so I like to look after it. At Ryedale I get excellent dealer standard service combined with the sensible down to earth approach you'd expect from your local garage. Every time I need work done, they discuss the potential cost before doing anything, and proactively offer pricing for original and non-original parts wherever appropriate.Best of all, they understand that you have to be able to live your life. I volunteer with Mountain Rescue, so when the wrong part turned up and they couldn't finish the job that day, they made sure that I could use a courtesy car for the night, with all of twenty minutes notice.Good job they did, and they took it completely in their stride when I returned it (clean and appropriately refuelled...) after a trip onto one of the more remote moorland areas.

Amazing garage. Can't fault the service in any way!Bought a car during the Covid outbreak which was a very different experience. They accommodated us at very short notice for a test drive, sorted all our finance out remotely and kept in constant contact throughout the buying process. Everything was seamless from start to finish, won't hesitate to go back for my next purchase or for any servicing/repairs. I cannot praise the service department enough. I damaged a suspension coil driving from Hutton-le-Hole at the weekend. Phoned Monday morning and they said to bring it down and they would have a look. They ordered the part and did the work and it was ready that afternoon. Everytime we have used the garage they have been excellent, very accommodating and helpful Many a company could learn from their outstanding customer service.

A specific unprofessional staff member in the petrol station made for a VERY unpleasant visit a few months back and now even though I didn't take any petrol they have charged me £50.31 out of my bank. Poor service once again. Will plan better in future to avoid at every cost. Suggest you all do the same.

All the staff are so helpful especially the service department . I have bought both my cars from them. I always go there for service and Mot. Always very accommodating.

Within days of emailing they found us the car which matched all our requirements. Jonathan is so polite and helpfull. This is our third car from here, and would highly recommend this as the best garage we have ever bought from.

Love this dealership. We bought both our vehicles from them. On my most recent visit it was to have my Vauxhall serviced. Again super friendly and efficient staff throughout the process, nice courtesy car and a reasonable bill at the end.
