Snuggle Inn Luxury Cat Hotel

My cat loves going to snuggle.she always come home looking great.and we have already booked her in for next year. Thank you for looking after her so good..xx

We left our cat Ness with these lovely people over Christmas. They very kindly provided video and picture updates when asked politely which was much appreciated.We were apprehensive in leaving our cat with anyone but she certainly had a lot to say when we brought her back home. In sure it was all good! We certainly felt like she was in good handsWould definitely use again. Bonus cat pics.

Our two cats stayed at the Snuggle Inn over the summer holidays. They were very well looked after; absolutely a Luxury Cat Hotel. Clean and well ventilated. The customer service was fabulous too. Thank you very much.

I can only say good things about Snuggle Inn. Our 2 cats were boarded there for 15 days while we were on holiday and they were so well looked after. We will be using them again.

Wouldn't leave our three cats anywhere else... Fourth visit and the staff have been absolutely second to none. They've made them feel at home and settled immediately in their clean and well appointed accommodation, this time with added entertainment via the nearby bird table.... Our cat heaven!!Not sure who's getting the better holiday, but we all come back home happy and relaxed!

We used the Snuggle Inn for 9 days whilst we went on holiday this year. They were fantastic. The drop off and collection was friendly and simple.Pepper can be quite anxious but when we picked her up we could see she had been well looked after and was at ease in her little room. The man we saw said she had cuddles and brushes most days, we know she is in good hands for any future stays!

I have never seen our cats so relaxed in a cattery. They really didn't want to leave!The staff were really friendly and helpful, they clearly love cats and care about all the cats that stay. When we went to pick up our two cats they were in their beds and rolling around for tickles! This hasn't happened before when they've been in a cattery so they were very clearly happy. All the other cats seemed calm and comfy as well.The rooms where the cats stayed were clean and spacious, plenty of space for two cats. Everywhere, including the grounds, were well kept and cared for.Our kitties clearly had a holiday as promised :) Thank you Snuggle Inn for taking such good care of our cats.

What can I say about snuggle inn! Just fantastic, Jo and Adie work so hard to make sure Yuki and Meeko are loved and looked after so well. You can see they are cat lovers when you meet them, Jo is great on the phone and is very friendly and helps support you with your bookings and if things change they bend over backwards to try and help you. I have just had a very stressful exchange and complete on a house in Devon and no cattery's in Devon for this week could take my two but Jo and Adie managed to help and look after them to move, they were lifesavers and without them we wouldnt be able to move. The cats are always super relaxed when I pick them up Adie treats them like his own so loving to them. If you have cats you haven't had long or want to go away and never put them in the cattery or nervous about leaving them like me. Snuggle inn is the place for you. Me and the cats will massively miss snuggle inn I wish they move to Devon ha! Here is a photo of my two cats when starting to pack and only leaving the new open boxes for a few minutes they both thought they were for them!!

Our cats have stayed here three times now and a fourth in a couple of weeks. I feel completely confident leaving my cats with them. The place is immaculate, staff knowledgeable and friendly, the rooms warm and cosy and lots of Dreamies to keep them going. I wouldn’t leave my precious babies anywhere else.

Jo & Adi really care,they are warm and welcoming, they went above and beyond when our Dolly took ill, we highly recommend them for their care and compassion.Wouldn’t consider using anywhere else.Our Damien is always relaxed and groomed when we collect him, he’s a very timid cat and it’s obvious he likes his stay.
