Would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that it took me over 15 mins just to collect a fitting which I had ordered and paid for online because there was only one guy serving behind the counters despite other employees clearly present lurking in the back office area.

They need more staff at the til, I wait more then 15 min to be served with 1 person in front of me. I show them what I needed they gave me the wrong size, end up buying from other company to complete the job.
