Salt And Plum
Having heard about Salt and Plum through friends decided we had to try it out. It did not disappoint. Excellent food paired with a nice house red. If you're a fan of Turkish cuisine then you have to come try this gem.

Visited this place with a friend. Ordered two starters and two main dishes. All of them are delicious. This is a small restaurant but well managed.

I've been here twice now within two weeks - the first time my friend introduced me to Salt and Plum, and then the next time I introduced my friends to it - one of my friends who is originally from Turkey was thoroughly impressed. The only quibble she had was that the baklava was not freshly made, but still tasty. I honestly couldn't tell, I just really enjoyed it. Staff are friendly and you get to see all the food being prepared in an open kitchen. The food is delicious, authentic, nothing reheated or frozen here.

We came here for dinner to celebrate my friends birthday. We didn't have alot of time, as we were going to The Apollo which is literally just around the corner. But the food we had was first class. I would highly recommend the Topaki chicken, the flavours are truly amazing (Such a clever dish). Seriously one of the best dishes I've eaten in a long time. I could eat that everyday. I've never tasted cinnamon rice with chicken before. The manager (Jonathan).made us feel very welcome and made it a nice birthday meal for my friend. Thanks again for the dessert and evening in general. Would definitely recommend and I will be back.

I'm not local in the area, so I came to salt and plum following a friend's recommendation. We were going to the Riverside cinema with some friends, therefore it seemed an ideal choice for dinner ahead of the show.Let me tell you I was vastly impressed by the quality of the food and the staff's politeness. It was a Sunday evening so the restaurant wasn't very busy. I always love it when I don't have to chase the waiters to order, and that's exactly what happened at this establishment. A delicious smooth dinner followed up, with authentic flavours, decent portion sizes all in an exquisite atmosphere tucked away in Hammersmith. Some highlights from the menu included the aubergine sansuka, the lamb Guvec and the muhamara dip. My friends and I were very satisfied and felt a convivial atmosphere also because the chef was Greek as well.I highly recommend if you're around the area to check salt and plum out.Funnily enough, the film we watched was called saltburn, thus a rather sultry evening. Very grateful to have been at this restaurant.

Great atmosphere and food!I had a Trabzon pide and my mum had the cheese pide, both of which we recommend. The tulum cheese is delicious!Pide and starter is reasonably priced as a deal for ~£11. I haven't tried the breakfast yet as it is only available on weekends but the menu looks tasty!I do recommend you try this place especially if you love turkish food.Note that the tea is a bit pricey at £2 per teacup.

Elegant, clean, and exceptional service Halal Turkish Restaurant! The food was made fresh and so tasty. We ordered LAMB GÜVEÇ KAPAMA and TRABZON PİDE. Decor is modern and elegant. We were offered bread with feta cheese which was actually really nice and turkish tea at the end on the house. Staff were really amazing and attentive. Would recomend and visit again. Its a little pricey but definitely worth it!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Salt and Plum, a charming restaurant located in Hammersmith, known for its delectable Aegean cuisine. From the moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by the warm and inviting ambiance that set the stage for a memorable culinary experience. The menu at Salt and Plum showcases a delightful array of dishes inspired by the Aegean region, and I was truly impressed with the flavors and quality of the food. Each dish was expertly prepared with fresh ingredients, resulting in vibrant and mouthwatering flavors that transported me to the Mediterranean.Portions at Salt and Plum were generous, ensuring that I left the restaurant fully satisfied. The presentation of the dishes was also visually appealing, adding to the overall dining experience. The menu offered a variety of options to cater to different tastes and dietary preferences, making it an ideal choice for a diverse group of diners. While the food was undoubtedly the highlight of my visit, I found the service to be decent. The staff members were friendly and attentive, although at times, the service could have been a bit more prompt and efficient. In conclusion, Salt and Plum is a hidden gem in Hammersmith, offering a delectable journey through the Aegean cuisine. The delicious and freshly made food, along with generous portions, make it a fantastic choice for a satisfying meal. With a touch of improvement in the service department, this restaurant has the potential to become a true culinary destination. I highly recommend giving Salt and Plum a try for an unforgettable dining experience.

Salt And Plum
Fantastic place and well priced. The chicken with rice filling Anatolian dish was superb and full of flavour. It’s also good portion size. We also ordered the aubergine pide but we’re accidentally given the cheese one. They have a fire oven which is massive and makes food taste just so much better. We also got given some complementary bread and cheese. I would definitely come back! Staff were good but need better training. Gorgeous airy space too with lots of light. Underrated place

Nice welcoming staff and good space. A little warm inside from the big open oven but otherwise great. The food was delicious. Good selection of mezze and salads, then tasty pides with generous toppings. Good options for both vegetarians and meat eaters. And a good price too
