Very good selection, some prices are very reasonable. Pricing of items needs some attention though, a lot of items had incorrect prices (labels for other products, the updated price if on offer - eg; saw one item marked as full price in one section and as half price in another) or were missing the price altogether.

It is clean and still upholds covid 19 safety standards. Nice and helpful staff.

Great store but I was disappointed that the drawing section seemed very small, also they told me they didn't sell battery powered erasers yet I found an entire rack full.The staff were however very warm and friendly.

I needed wool to make a blanket and I got 12 balls of wool for £21. Should have been £26 but I had a £5 voucher. Its a lovely shop to go in and it's easy to find things.

Called into collect an order. Whilst there I purchased some impulse buys. The till operator was quite grumpy so next time I will have my orders delivered.

This store is always really well stocked, the staff are lovely and the prices are relatively decent. An issue with craft stuff can be that it is pricey, and while this is the case sometimes with particular items here, most of the time there are cheaper alternatives for what you are looking for.

The staff were wonderful - they're so helpful, and obviously have a passion for crafting. Freya not only remembered me from my last visit, but asked me about how my poppy project was going. She also made suggestions about how to work around what they didn't have in stock, and it's actually working better than what I might have picked up in the main fabric section.
