Over the years the staff on reception have become exceptionally rude. Once was a good surgery, my doctor is different every other time i need to see one. Doctors are good but the receptionists are just rude and unhelpful and if they feel you dont deserve an appointment then you dont get one! Should be reported to the nhs.

Received a text that gave me the option to opt out of an asthma review, so I did as I have had asthma since birth and they never tell me anything I don't already know. Later I received a phone call saying I have to go to make an appointment or they will stop giving me my medication!?Firstly, why give me the option to opt out? Second, why would you refuse medication to someone and put their health at risk? Asthma is a serious condition and without medication I could end up in hospital or dead! Do you refuse diabetics their insulin too?Maybe if I was ever able to get an appointment I would make one but its always a joke trying to get one

Terrible service I spent an hour and a half on a call to the register and the doctor had to call me back the next day. But I never waited for a call from the doctor. I had to spend an hour again on a call to the register and wait for breakfast - the doctor will call me back or not. Why should patients spend 2 hours on calls and not receive a service in return? By the way personal do not introduce themselves and I cannot leave the comlpaint

Not really pleased. Booking an appointment is a JOKE and a lottery. I always ended up calling from 7:55 for good 30 minutes just to hear that they don't have any more appointments. Not nice! Simply too crowded. It also happened to me that I successfully booked an appointment but after 40 minutes of waiting they informed me that it was booked indeed but in different surgery!?!?!?!?! too bad they sis not informed me of this fact. Not very impressed so when I moved houses I had no second thoughts about changing surgeries. Sorry but will not miss.

Have been seen to on 4 different occasions for various things from an allergy to a hernia operation and all doctors have been fantastic. The staff at reception are polite and helpful. Negative side is that's it quite difficult to get seen on the same day.

My usual branch is the Farnham Road one, however when I visited them this morning they were able to get me an appointment at Weekes Drive. The staff there were brilliant, the receptionist and Nurse Steph looked after me during my 17:10 appointment and I have no complaints - they were also able to book appointments at the other surgery for me.

This surgery is CLOSED and no longer serving the community as far as I can tell. The website says opens but the number doesnt work. The farnham road surgery it is attached to isnt convenient for those without a car. They dont answer the phones and the receptionist act as if they have done 7 yrs of medical school.very patronizing. Currently looking for another surgery as I feel this practice is unsafe.

Closed during Covid pandemic to provide vaccines, was supposed to open back up. They have now abandoned the community which is a disgrace, what is the point of the NHS is this is the way they treat people?

Took my mum for a covid jab.. no organisation.. elderly people having to queue for over half hour plus of their appointment. Disgusting... needs to be organised better .. as I told reception.. give people numbers and call them.. so they can at least sit down and wait.
