never a problem, spoke to few of the staff and they all seem great, 24/7 services witch is superb, would strongly recommend

We use a reseller of Heart and I feel for them given all the down time Heart Internet have shown in the last 12 months.Were it not for our relationship with our marketing firm we would have dropped Heart without hesitation. Given they are part of GoDaddy I would have expected better

Staff refuse to address complaints and the Management do not respond to their own Official Complaints Procedure".They run out of date server software

Good enough when it's up & working...But I have customers screaming at me thanks to yet another Heart Internet outage. We - the reseller community - understand that tech can fail but this is getting beyond a joke now and we don't even get the courtesy of a technical explanation as to what went wrong.I'm unclear as to whether it's technical ineptitude or a fatal lack of quality infrastructure thanks to a drive to profit at the expense of service but it's a mess. No mention of apology or compensation of course.Heart Used to be awesome but now they eclipse even Fasthosts for shoddy service - and they're why I moved to Heart in the first place!Heart clearly aren't that interested in retaining customers who'd like to be loyal...

Used to be a good company, now they just dont care. Will move all my hosting away from them ASAP.
