In my opinion, the best cinnamon buns in town (and they are vegan too!). But my favourite thing is KVASA's rye bread which has become an essential supply in our house. What a treat to have this bakery in Leith

Fantastic bread! So many to choose from it was a hard choice. I purchased a polenta and seeded sourdough along with a focaccia and cinnamon scroll, they were all delicious. Staff were very knowledgeable and I really enjoyed my coffee too

Best cinnamon buns I've had in a long time. Soft, fluffy and sweet and vegan too. Great staff.

Beautiful place, delicious fresh bread/pastries and a perfect coffee. Staff all very friendly :) if there’s a queue in there trust it’s worth the short wait. Will be coming back for sure

I’ve literally just finished eating your cinnamon bun. So good and fluffy!! The sugar was really well caramelised making it a proper indulgence. The best cinnamon bun I’ve had in Edinburgh so far. Yum yum yum!

They have small cut up pieces of bread and olive oil in a dish that you can try before you buy which is really helpful in choosing a loaf. The sourdough here is delicious. My favourite is the olive loaf and the poppy seeded loaf. The staff are super welcoming and know everything about bread making. There is also lot's of carbonated drinks that are healthier than usual, chocolate bars and other healthy options on the right hand side. Overall, a very healthy place to visit.

Stopped here for a coffee and Focaccia, both really tasty. A shame we didn't have the opportunity to try out the bread this time around but everything looked and smelled delicious. Will definitely be back.

Visiting for the fringe and wanted to pick up some sourdough bread to take back to our Airbnb and popped in here randomly. The best bread we have ever had other than in a top restaurant (and they probably buy it here!) I almost wish I hadn’t realised how much better it is than our local lovely bakery in London. Cinnamon bun also exceptionally good.

You NEED to visit Kvasa for their cinnamon buns bigger than a hand! They also happen to be vegan. The bakery also stocks different kinds of goodies like baking supplies, artisan chocolate and soft drinks, different grains and legumes to buy by weight, and more. And of course, you can find different kinds of sourdough bread there.
