Steve was awesome, kept us updated with his ETA and he even managed to get to us early. Steve replaced two caravan tyres at my home. He was very knowledgeable, professional and provided me with advice with respect to a couple of wheel nuts that were starting to suffer from corrosion. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Outstanding service from Hometyre. Placed a query online for a new tyre, which was responded to immediately over telephone by a lady, who then booked the fitting in for the following day, less than 24 hours away. Efficient and stress free. Steve the mechanic who arrived the next day was very courteous, knowledgeable and worked incredibly swiftly. Thank you so much Hometyre for getting to us so quick and taking away the stress of having a flat tyre. Will use again when new tyres are needed.
