My boyfriend asked for not spicy food, they brought spicy so he couldn't really eat it. My food was ok but it was wrong order , I ordered leg, but half chicken arrived.

Well it's better than KFC! Had 1/4 of chicken with a pot of creamy mash and corn on cobb. Restaurant seemed clean, staff polite and helpful. My first visit to a Nando's not exactly over impressed.

One of the busier places at Broadway, usual fast delivery of food, of standard nandos quality, the girl guiding to table was very quiet in a noisy environment, all three of us struggled to hear what she was saying.. otherwise excellent as usual from this national chain..

Ordered food on the app, blonde manager came over and said the order hadn't come through to them and asked us to pay again. Said the money would come back in 48 hours but didn't give any void receipt and made us order the full meal again. Money has been taken twice from the bank account and sarcastically said am I supposed to give it you on the house?" No

The whole place looks like it could do with a good scrub, the seat backs are grey with accumulated grease.I've given 2 for service because it's pretty much self service, they do bring the plates out to the table but that's about it.The food was ok but there's not much to get wrong.I wouldn't normally eat here but it was my daughter's choice.
