Absolutely horrendous company! Do not recommend to anybody. Dangerous bikes not checked properly 3 bikes and my other half's had nothing but break downs and issues one causing him to come off AFTER it was checked over" bikes falling apart Absolutely shocks they are still going as a company"

I used scoots hire over a number of months while I was doing my direct access. I found the service they provided excellent and had no problems with them whatsoever . I used the cbf 125 and had no problems with the motorcycle. I hired over a 3 month period each time and when I passed they reimbursed me money left on my contract.

I'm very happy and satisfied with Scoots Hire.Their team is always happy to help, even the driver who delivers the bikes was amazing as soon as he arrived he was straight on the phone to Lexham to swap over the insurance to a new bike after the first one going in for service they answer the phone very quickly and very understanding of any issues. The Range of bike they have are great for all range of people and experiences.Ive been hiring a Honda vision 110cc bike and ive enjoyed every second of it, i now have a sense of freedom and the ability to do what i want when i want. The Pricing for the bikes are spot on too, Thank you Scoots hire i will continue to Hire a bike from you untill i have my own bike.I highly recommend them!

Charged me extra money for extra days on a bike hire for days i didnt even have a rental bike, absolutely un professional anmd souinds like the staff are all kids, not helpful at all and tye bike was faulty, for example the speedo aswell as a dodgey stand on the bike, i really wouldnt recommend going with scoots

They are very good company which they did sorted out a bike for me within 3 weeks in May and also done a good service on my hire bike a couple of weeks ago.

Delivered me a “new” bike to replace the one i was using as it’s MOT was due only 2 months after using it. The new bike has faulty speedometer, just found out after falling off the bike on the way home from work that the headlights don’t work and all i have been offered in compensation is a week’s payment, disgraceful mechanics as, if the bike was properly checked and sorted, this wouldn’t have happened. Honestly reconsidering if this company is in my best interest

Chose to hire a bike to gain road experience before my DAS. Scoots were brilliant, hired for 28 days, great bike and no problems. Great customer contact. Would recommend.

Please do not put your details in on their website as I done this last week on the 4th of March as I'm interested in riding and therefore was inquiring. Today the 9th of March I received a call from a lady name Rachael head of accounts from Scoots Hire claiming that I have hired a bike in the past and owed them money. She wanted me to set up a payment plan and was adamant that I was the person. She said it was my name and my address (which she got from me putting my details in on the website) which could not have been right as I only found this company online on the 4th of March and never heard of them before this. I can only think this maybe some sort of a scam or someone at Scoots made a big mistake which Rachael didn't care to investigate and instead made threats about sending my details to cps. I will send an update if I hear anything back please avoid.DO NOT SEND A FRONT AND BACK PICTURE OF YOUR DRIVERS LICENCE!!

I'm very happy and satisfied with Scoots Hire.The team is very professional, happy to help, answers the phone quickly, I've always got clear answers to my questions.Hiring bikes can be done very quickly with all the details and payment and also it is very good and helpful that Scoots Hire offers delivery and pick up service too.I wish all companies would be this professional and well organized!Second time the Honda CB125F was available and I would like to share that this bike is amazing! I love this bike, easy to use, I can keep my balance with it very well, changing gears are soft and it looks beautiful too.I highly recommend them!
