My sister is working in London and it was her birthday and we wanted to send her an arrangement and the truth being from Mexico we did not know which place could do us the favour of taking them and above all that they could reach her, I checked several pages and many said that the flowers never arrived, until I came across this one and saw all the positive comments they had and I was encouraged to trust them and thank God the flowers arrived and everything was fine, thanks for that, 5 stars.

One of my favourite florists in the area - they have delightful 'ready' bouquets, and can customize a bouquet of any size/price for any occasion. They also have a great selection of plants and succulents. As per the name, they also have a good orchids selection!

I've ordered a rare orchid that unfortunately got damaged on the journey. Sophie at Orchidya went out of her wsy to promptly source a new plant and made sure that I got a stunning specimen. Communication was prompt and clear and the service and advice second to none. I highly recommend Orchidya. Mike

Exceptional service and professionalism. Sophie saved me from failure today. The old florist let me down and I had to look for a new florist after 04:00 pm to deliver the bouquet on the same day. Fortunately, I found Orchidya London, Sophie quickly figured out exactly what I needed, created a masterpiece of floristry, and the bouquet was delivered to the lucky recipient by 06:00pm. I sincerely recommend Sophie and Orchidya London, if you are used to quality service and the best result.

So so grateful to Orchidya for a beautiful bouquet that was delivered today for my sister's birthday! I was ordering from the US and needed flowers to be delivered first thing in the morning next day. I was having some issues with the online payment so I chatted with the sales person via WhatsApp the night before around 7pm and and they had it ready and delivered the next morning. They were so attentive and it was easy placing the order via WhatsApp. But what's more it that the delivery all happened without my payment as I missed their call due to the time difference. Next day I found out that the delivery was already made and I was able to pay over a link post-delivery. I was extremely touched by their commitment, generosity and understanding! I highly recommend their service - the flowers are always so beautiful!

I absolutely love this flower shop! I’m located in the U.S. and sent someone a beautiful arrangement in London. The customer service representative was so pleasant and helpful with my order. She answered all of my questions and was very patient. The recipient Loved her arrangement and it was delivered Just as pictured on the website!

My flowers smelt awful, I got it for a proposal and my girlfriend broke up with me. Not that it’s the flowers fault it just was really smelly so it may have lowered my confidence before the proposal. I don’t recommend for any intimate settings.

I wanted a bouquet for my cousin’s birthday but wasn’t sure what I wanted. I pointed out a couple flowers I liked and Yannis helped me create a bouquet that was within my budget. He suggested other flowers based on the first two and had me choose between some options until we ended up with a beautiful little bouquet that my cousin and I loved! Thank you :)
