We had the most amazing experience with the service we received from Aquaflo whilst purchasing for all our bathroom fixtures/fittings and furniture, as well as various other items including a new boiler, tiles and led lighting.Vin was very patient with us, and has excellent product knowledge and created great designs for us which we are very happy with.We would definitely recommend Aquaflo to family and friends.

I don't often write reviews but felt compelled to give one to Vinod and the team at Aquaflo. The various units they have supplied for my bathroom refurbishment were all top quality and the after sales service has been above and beyond. Vinod visited my home during the fitting process and ensured all the settings in both Gorhe showers were to the manufacturers specified standards. I would recommend Aquaflo to anyone looking for quality bathroom fittings and great after sales service. 5 stars from me!

Excellent customer service from Aquaflo. I bought bathroom tiles, bathroom fixtures and fittings and my flooring from Aquaflo and am very happy with the quality of the items I have bought. I brought three bathroom/shower room suites from Aquaflo. Great personal service during buying and delivery phase and great personal after care customer service. I have a cosmetic quality issue with toilet pans, 11 month after purchase. The team at Aquaflo are investigating and sorting out best solution. It wasn't a difficult or challenging conversation. Just a honest chat about what we are experiencing. The team listened to us and we shared pictures. I highly recommend Aquaflo.

Aquaflo was recommended to us by a family friend when looking for bathroom tiles and fixtures as part of a large house renovation. Vin gave us excellent practical advice on layout of bathroom and guided us on products, style and quality. He also ended up giving us advice on a range of other electrical items such as underfloor heating, thermostats, lighting.There is a wide range of products to choose from and prices are competitive. They are open until later in the evening so we have been able to drop in after work to pick up any extras we have needed. They have always been accommodating to any last minute requirements or changes. The large orders were delivered promptly with no issues.We can recommend them without hesitation - in addition to our bathrooms, we have had lots of advice and bought so many other items from them for our renovation; it is invaluable to have a local retailer which is able to provide this at short notice when undergoing a large project

We got all our bathrooms and tiles from Aquaflo and Vinny helped us design the bathrooms very well. Vinod and his team provided us a fantastic service. We got our bathroom from them along with other various builder materials for our house. Not only was Vinod very diligent, but he remained flexible and very willing to listen to our thoughts/opinions. He gave us a great insight into how we should go about making the most out of our space. He often went above and beyond with his service. He personally visited the property several times and instructed builders on how best to achieve our requirements.Couldn't have asked for more, thanks for your help!
