Emailed TC Drains from America, for an emergency drain blockage at my home in York. They were there within an hour and did an efficient job, for a fair price , with a great result! Very fast response and super easy to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service and would definitely call them again - I called TC Drains at 4pm and they were with us by 5:30pm. From the minute they arrived they worked hard to find and clear the blocked drain. Having cleared the blockage they then checked all the drains including removing limescale build up and checked everything was clear with their CCTV equipment. Finally they cleaned up the site. They were polite and courteous throughout. The final cost was exactly what I was originally quoted despite using the camera to check the drain was completely clear.

Called T C Drains, booked next day appointment, after ringing the phone approx 30 mins before arrival. They did the job very efficiently, and even explained what to-do if it happened again.Very friendly, and good on price. Would recommend without reservation to any of my friends.

Just wanted to say how brilliant the service was from T C Drains. We had a really stubborn blocked toilet, and the down flow pipe to the mains sewer was not readily accessible. (We had tried a local plumber first but he was not able to clear it!!) However, your two guys patiently worked at it using cameras and power hoses and eventually removed the hug blockage. We are so grateful and will certainly recommend you to family, friends and neighbours.

Contacted TC Drain Care via their website and had a response almost straight away which was very impressive. Easy to book and was quoted a price upfront. The next day the engineer called 30 minutes before arriving to make sure it was convenient. Work completed and the blockage cleared. The price I paid was the price I was quoted and no hidden fees. Very polite engineer. Can recommend and will use again if I have any further drainage issues. Very professional company to deal with!

Highly recommend. Very polite and knowledgeable. Cleared drain, located a manhole 8 meters away under 3 of soil and a tree root with CCTV. All for the price that other companies are charging just for cleaning with no CCTV. Called them 5pm one day and they were here next morning and even called me 30 mins before to let me know they were nearly here."

Wife tried to clear our sewage pipe with cheap drain rods and ended up leaving the head attachment in the pipe somewhere, with pipe still blocked. TC Drains came out at very short notice and sorted everything out for us. Excellent service and nice guy. He likes a nice cup of tea btw.

Really good, friendly and quick service. We rang at about 10am and was told he could be with us in 20 mins! As well as clearing our drains we were advised on the possible cause of the issue for us to keep an eye on. Would use again and recommend. Thank you.
