Amazing charity/organisation they really care about the welfare of the dogs. Parking is a bit tricky but not too much of a bother. Thumbs up guys

Bit disappointed on this visit, only half the fair rides open at a time, didn't seem to have enough staff, building works going on that we weren't made aware off, changing rooms at the swimming pool not the cleanest

A great place to get a friend for a walk. I have been wanting a dog for a long time but there would be no one at home to look after it, so I come here every couple of weeks. It's great to meet all of the dogs and see them being adopted. The staff are great as well. I love this place so much!

I rescued my amazing & very cheeky boy from here at Christmas 2017 and he was the best (and most annoying!) present ever!

I have had three dogs from Clymping Dog Sanctuary over three decades. They are an important lifeline for stray and unwanted dogs. This is my latest adoptee on holiday in the Peak District this week. The early days of our journey together were not easy but Clymping were there to support us , and giving up was never on the cards. This dog is incredible in so many ways and we are justifiably proud of him. This week he has ridden in a cable car and been deep underground in a cavern with us. Without Clymping his future could have been very different indeed. I would highly recommend them if you are interested in adopting a rescue dog.

When we visited, they went to alot of trouble to show us about & introduced us to their dogs needing a loving home. Much as we would dearly like to give our love & share our home with one, we live in a busy estate with noise, so could only adopt a 'layed back' dog. Many have behaviour problems through not being treated right & a noisy area isn't always suited to them. Sadly, latterly diminishing finances squeezed us into making an unpleasant decision to withhold seeking a dog to home....for now!If our situation should change, we will gladly offer a home. Meanwhile we follow Climping dog sanctuary on Facebook & admire their loving commitment to saving dogs & all the hard work they put into to doing so. I hope & pray Amy, such a beautiful dog, finds the perfect place for her, I shall keep my eyes & ears open. Well done all of you.

We went to drop off food donations, the member of staff seemed very nice. They do a lot of good work helping dogs to find a forever home.

Lovely place and people. We went in to look at the dogs, and saw a lurcher we liked the look of. We were able to play ball with her, and then take her over the road to a big field to walk her round, where we found out how well she walked on the lead. It was so nice to be able to see the dog, and not just look online, pay to adopt the dog, sight unseen, on a lot of the other dog places. When we got back and spoke to the girls that worked there, they told us everything they knew about her, so we decided to put a deposit down and took her home for a 5 day trial to see how we got on with each other, and after the 5 days, we decided to keep her. The girls gave us food and a lead and collar to take her home with, and said that we could always ring the sanctuary or go in when open if we needed any advice. From start to finish, from the people that worked there and the owner, it was a really great experience. Would definitely recommend this place, they all seem to know what they are doing, and love all the animals.FANTASTIC PLACE.
