Brought a car from them and got delayed in picking it up as I was told it had a small issue.A week later I picked up the car drove 5 miles and the check engine light came on the car lost power etc.Took it straight back took a week to get my money back and still I have not had the deposit returned £200 is still outstanding... Was told it would be done by Friday (nope) cannot recommend you buy a car from them.

A totally unpleasant experience.Two weeks ago we wanted to buy a car from them (Volvo xc60, 2013) the car had around 33k on board. Everything seemed to be great until the moment they told us to give a deposit of £200 and within a week the car was ours because it had to pass the MOT and make sure that everything is in order. SURPRISE!!! After a week, to which we returned with a call, not them, they tell us that the car only has an appointment for the MOT on that day (after a week of waiting) and that they don't know when it will be ready. I told them that if that's the case, we don't want the car because we've already waited the promised week and we really needed the car. They contacted us l and said that the car will be ready that day. They said OK, the car will be ready that day, we started towards them and on the way they called us to tell us that the car has not passed the MOT and it still needs time to fix the problems with the car . TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED THEY CATEGORICALLY DID NOT WANT TO RETURN IT EVEN IF IT WAS THEIR FAULT. As I can see someone had recently a bad experience with you, so just double check if it’s not the same car because you don’t want to lose you money. Taking a deposit from people and then not wanting to return it (when you know it’s your fault), and knowing that their cars are not in good condition, they earn their money without selling any cars. WHAT A PITIFUL METHOD OF DOING A BUSINESS!!!

I went to view a car last weekend and the service was so good. Kirsty sorted out the viewing within a short timescale of contacting her, and gave me lots of time to look around the vehicle. Kirsty then helped with the paperwork, tax and part exchange and made it really simple!The company also organised a re-gas of the air con within a few days.A lovely experience and great people to deal with.

I bought a fantastic low mileage Ford Focus. I live some distance away and there was never ever any pressure, Kirsty was very helpful in answering my questions remotely, and on the day the purchase was straightforward. There was a problem with one of the parking sensors and Lichfield contributed towards repair. Very impressed - many thanks!

Very reasonably priced cars,only a 4 star rating due not finding something, but worth a look if you're after a used car.

Can’t recommend these guys enough. Really nice none pushy sales men. Just let us view the car, make our own decision on what we wanted. No hassle at all. Had a problem with the car and there was no quibble. They got it sorted, paid the bill and our car is working fine. Absolutely no argument or reasoning about the problem they just got it sorted. Would I buy a car from here again. Certainly if they had one. We bought the car back in 2017 and still have it now.

I purchased a Ford Mondeo from this dealer on 1st June 2021. A couple of weeks after, while going to work the car went into limp mode and engine malfunction lights came on the dashboard. I contacted the dealer and was told take the car into their garage, & they gave me a courtesy car while they had a look at mine, they changed a part on my car but that didn't work. I collected the car , got about a mile from there garage and the engine malfunction lights came on. went back to work garage. Kirsty had a look at the dashboard and told me take it to a garage around the corner, on an industrial estate. This garage plugged a laptop into the ice and the mechanic took a photo on his phone. I then had the courtesy car for 6 weeks while my car was at this garage and then Tamworth Ford but the problem was never resolved. Was told to collect the car a week before the 3 month warranty ran out. After that phoned each time it happened and was given 1 excuse after another, didn't have a courtesy car to lend me. Was always dealing with either Kirsty or a young lad never the directors who are in a office at the back, dishing the orders.When phoned the last time was told by Kirsty that the part they fitted solved the problem and they engine malfunction now was a different problem.WILL NEVER USE THIS DEALER AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM.
