Excellent service from Toob and installers. Came on day and time that was quoted. Installers did a 1st class job and very tidy. Have included a photo to show this is a genuine review. Didn't connect initially, made a phone call to customer services who sorted within 5 minutes. This is the 2nd installation I have had with Toob (the other to my business premises). Can only speak from my experience and it was good to deal with such an efficient company.

I had a terrible experience with Toob. Our installation day was on October 10th, and we canceled our existing provider on the same day. We received a message the day before stating that the engineer would arrive at 1:00 pm and would call us before coming. However, no one called, and the engineer did not show up. When we called them back, they informed us that there were some issues with our building, and we would have to wait another 7 days. Why didn't they inform us earlier about these problems? As a result, we are currently without internet, which is very frustrating. We have decided to cancel our contract with Toob as they do not seem like a serious company.

No complaints 1 day in, install was initially cancelled due to a tree, which should have been checked / recceed prior, but they used another pole and 82m of cable instead, the engineer said it was the most he'd used.Approx 300mb dl 150-300mb upload WiFi6 and 899mb dl on ps5 wired.Note, they now use a new router, a taller one, looks like a mini xbox series x. Seems it costs approx £150 new so a decent router, but FYI, has x3 spare ethernet ports not the usual 4.Also you can use an extension lead, with a power surge built in. The plugs for the modem (box on wall) and router have different plug size and orientation, one is quite long, points up, the other is regular size and points down, I will have to put my extension somewhere else or remove a shelf, so you can use it temporarily / you can turn the power off to both and Seems to just come back on like regular Internet.

Failed at the first hurdle. Despite several calls and emails from them to confirm that we were ready for the installation they were not! Prior to booking we asked for an engineer to check if an installation was possible (I’m told that most installations are overground via telegraph pole and we don’t have one in line of sight), but were turned down. Booked a day off work and received a call an hour into the appointment time to say they were not ready at the telegraph pole. The communication was terrible. They did call me back much latter the same day (hence the 1 star) to reschedule the installation. I cancelled the request when I established that the information they had from the installation team was still incorrect a we were left with no confidence that I wouldn’t waste more time.Don’t cancel your current provider until after installation.Really disappointed.

Do not sign up with them. Within a month of installation, the line went down and they advised a week and half wait for engineer to come and fix it. I left them and return to VM. They will not take back the over ground fibre cable so I am stuck with it. VM may be 3 times more expensive but 10x more reliable.I will advise against Toob to anyone. The cable installation is very ugly.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!Installation wasn't great, with the installers picking arguments with other companies in front of our house and utilising black cables against our white paintwork, making the house look messy.Once installed the service provision has been terrible; unless you're sat next to the router, the signal is rubbish and will continuously drop out - we actually get better signal from our WIFI extender THAT IS FURTHER AWAY THAN THE ROUTER when sat in the room directly above the router (which is on top of a cabinet and so can't get much closer)!Customer service also shocking: I've just been on hold for 30 mins and got to position 2 in the queue when I was then put through to an answering machine.

After previously using toob before I can say it is exactly what it says it is super fast in both upload and download. So when I moved into my new property it was a no brainer. The thing that impressed me the most when setting up my new connection was the customer service Rafael delivered. Super helpful super friendly and a credit to the team. He made sure that I was happy with the remote date and put safety measures in place just in case the equipment wasn’t there when we moved in so we wouldn’t go for long without BB. Thank you Rafael you were amazing!

Very bad experience so far, the engineer arrived early and had good availability and that was the only good thing, but the lady installing it was rude and not friendly. The internet is so slow and keeps dropping, it doesn’t each upstairs of the house, which our previous brand we never had problems with it. I did contact them and they told me to buy few y things to help out and then I spoke with someone on the phone saying the same thing, I did try wifi extender and it didn’t make any difference and they just didn’t care. I have a new pole right outside my house and wifi is so slow and doesn’t cover even half of our house, and the router is at the exact same spot as previous one. Totally disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend.

I'm in month 2 of using toob with no issues. New router arrived promptly and switch was smooth, saving me £15 a month from prev supplier.I've just gotten off the phone with a nice friendly helpful advisor to cancel the static IP I'd asked for when signing up (to save +£8) as I no longer need it which prompted me to write this review ... so far I'm pleased with the service. Thanks.

Well let's just say it's been disappointing waiting for too to arrive, they have been on this street for a year, I applied My interest last year, all the other houses are connected yet My flat still waiting to be done. After so much stress I finally got told the housing manager needs to give their way leave permission. This was given 3 months and I am still waiting and left out the loop. I constantly chase but replied with automated responses. So I've been waiting a year and 3 months and toob don't seem to want to drill a single hole in the wall to connect to the flat when they have got their email way leave permission.
