I wanted to say I am very unhappy with the services of this company. We buy insurance to protect ourselves and all they’re trying to do is to find anything they can not to protect and serve their clients. My business went on fire and until the shop was fixed, there was over 8/9 months and they avoided paying for my loss of income for this period, storage, camera equipments and knife set!Not happy for the services provided! Won’t recommend!

Don't bother using this company. They are happy to take your money. My shop window got smashed & a computer was stolen, we have this on CCTV & photos of the damage along with a police report. They don't want to pay claiming because there was no alarm in place they don't recognise the claim.Looks like there are 2 thieves in this crime.

Simply do not pay out when claims are made. Happy to take your money though. Avoid this insurance company.

Insurance claims made in Ireland are handled here apparently. Have tried several times to contact someone to speak to about a claim and cannot get through to anyone. Even the direct phone number gets put on hold for almost half an hour then abruptly disconnected. I really don't think I will be renewing with AXA next year. Left in limbo after making a claim and no progress since reporting. Their premiums are low but the return on the value is poor.

As usual, they will have some clause in their terms to get out of paying out for a claim. I was covered for contents insurance not business contents insurance, so my equipment was only covered at home, despite me paying for business insurance for almost 3 years. Perfect for an automotive photographer...not. absolute nonsense. Il give my money to another company. Policy cancelled on the spot.
