The only reason I gave a 9 was due to what price I was offered to the price I got, I know they have to check for any defects which is understandable, other than that I was happy with with the gentleman help, he was friendly, polite and helpful so I would recommend we buy any car to friends.

Decent price, comparable with motorway. Friendly staff and pain-free transaction.

Used this for my parents to sell a vehicle.£6265 was valuation. Offered more than 2k less when met in person even though no obvious signs of anything to affect quoted price. Apparently he offered £500 more which was still over 1k less than quoted price. Parents went to local garage on way home and got the £6200 which is the right price for the car. Be wary going to these places and don't just take for granted what they tell you. Dealers are crying out for cars and some companies/cowboys will fleece you.

I went to Webuyanycar pod at the Fort Kinaird Edinburgh on Saturday, 23rd Sept. The person I met was very rude and unprofessional. Does not know what he is doing, not a car valuer by any means, very intimating. Took £800 off the online valuation, all a big con. Would not recommend even entertaining this firm. I had no option to provide 1 star as it does not give the option for no stars, dreadful company. Stay clear.

The person I dealt with was friendly, helpful and had a high level of social skills. The whole process was over quite speedily and although I didn’t get as much as I wanted for my car I thought it was fair. I think however the reductions on the valuation for minor scratches and marks was excessive.

Lewis was lovely but rate given disappointing went from 785 on line to 534.. For its age in good condition and full service record but 2 small rust sites seem to have made large monetary difference. Settled as I needed to. Also Lasswade site closed so had to go to Fort Kinnaird which was inconvdnient to get home from there.

Very hard to locate, no signage virtually. Inside SafeStore via front. Heard locally that they inflate your price to get you there and then knock it off, if you've even got 1 stone chip on an virtually immac car. This was ABSOLUTELY true. So if you're not worried at getting £300 or £400 off the offer which is already low then don't worry this place is for you. Otherwise waste of time at best, worst mistrading or dishonest traders. Really dodgy premises too. No care for customer at all. I suspect that the good reviews on this page are not genuine and that you read the ones that go from 5-star to 1 as that's more accurate or ask a local dealership if you don't trust me. Your vehicles are sold to Cinch.

Beaurocratic, pedantic verging on the obstructive. Go elsewhere. Can't give them a zero. You don't always get your money within 15 minutes, you get charged for that. Verging on the Advertising Standards breach.
