This is such a beautiful place. You can go on short or long walks. There is 3 reservoirs to walk round. You can use route or go off path into wooded area. There is also a waterfall but I wouldn’t recommend going down there with young children as it’s path is very rough and narrow. There is plenty of open areas to take a break but pathway can get quite muddy when it has rained.

Permits a licences required to fish which can be got from local fishing tackle shops and online , trout is the main species but also roach etc great for lazy day

Great place for fishing but get there early as the car park fills up quickly. The walk around the dam is also very enjoyable. I just wish dog walkers would be more responsible and pick up after their dogs
